Maybe your Nirvana is waiting for you to purchase it, that is, some piece of land somewhere way out in the nowhere region next to a river, etc., etc.??
As soon as Starlink makes satellite internet affordable for vagabonds, your Low Budget Motorcycle Camping Adventures will change. :-) Thanks to you, I made a major concession to my ultralight camping philosophy. I ordered a camping chair on Amazon last night. I also ordered an emergency clutch repair cable kit. Heh heh. I also finally broke down and ordered the Knox Urbane Pro Mk2 motorcycle shirt on eBay. It has CE Level 1 armor in the elbows and shoulders (can be upgraded to Level 2) and CE Level 2 armor in a long spine protector. The Urbane is designed to be worn over a T shirt as a very breathable mesh garment for summer, but unlike most mesh jackets, the Urbane Pro Mk2 has the same abrasion resistance as a heavy jacket. In cold or wet weather I'll layer accordingly with a waterproof windbreaker and/or insulation over top of the Urbane. I can use those garments without the motorcycle shirt for comfort when camping. I hope it's as good as I think it'll be. They need to make fat boy cuts for 'Muricans. All of the sizes from this UK company are cut for svelte European underwear models. I got a 2XL which is a size larger than I need in the chest to get two sizes less than I need in the waist. Did you stumble upon the Stanley Idaho campsite as part of your travels, or did you find it someplace like the Free Campsites website? I saw a few free campsites listed on that site, on the Salmon River, south of Stanley.
Nice camping spot. Little hard hauling the tent trailer into there, but not impossible. Haven't found a Nirvana that lasts more than a couple of days. Always the next one.
East Tennessee- Your probably like me on your nirvana. Not necessarily happy unless your out in the middle of some wilderness. I sigh at the sight of just one person beboping around when I’m thinking I’m secluded, but then I have to tell myself no no, you can handle a few people out looking to enjoy nature too….ok? Fine…….but if I see one more show up In gone, LOL! Thanks for taking us along for the trip though.
Sweet camp spot minus the people. As far as cold beer goes, ever try ditching the cooler and just leave your beers in the river? Stays cold and you're not getting the cooler soaking wet. I'll keep watching to see where your low budget adventure continues.
I'm amazed at anyone who can relax in the middle of nowhere. When I was younger, maybe I could, but now I feel scared. I can't sleep unless I'm in a car and feel safe. But I have not camped a lot. Always slept on boats and in vehicles. I'd love to learn to be comfortable in the middle of nowhere. Any advice anyone?
@@MotoGiant Thanks, it seem so much higher up than you are tall in the video? I wondered if you used some "special technique" to get the lines up so high!
*_WoooohhhhWeeeeeee Kiss and an Autograph. I hope you get your Nirvana Fixed._*
Grat Cinematography, great spot, you are there, just enjoy it.
Ken Ross here my wife were camped right next to ya in the truck tent great video thanks for the visit .
I remember you Ken !!

bet you will not regret the chair, hope you never need the kit for YOUR bike, but it will get SOMEONE home?

hell it was hard RIDING in there - cant suggest a trailer added to the mix, but it was a nice spot - I am with you on short-term Nirvana!

I am totally spoiled, as most of my spots I rarely see anyone
Hears another fine video you got me in to
Beautiful camping spot
Watched several of your vlogs-enjoying them. The bit of 2x speed-time lapse-drone spices it up. If you find a spot you like you stay a few days?
Yes - as much as 2 weeks if the spot hits all my requirements.

Depends on which River you have access to... They’re not cold enough for beer in the south.
@@airadaimagery692 Didn’t think about that. I’ve just got experience in the panhandle
I will leave them in the river when I am away, but when I want a beer, that seems a long walk, and treacherous even after only one beer
Another great ride. Question...What's your opinion on Hondas?
I know you didn't ask me, but I find them to be the best bikes manufactured.
top notch - nobody lets go of them, or I would OWN one !
Drop the Itchy Boots reference, you’re better than that
The end is near. But if it is working, why stop? Got almost 1,000 subscribers from my mentions?

Most likely a video series, soon to come. The fastest way to become comfortable is spend a weekend moto camping with someone that is good at it.
@@MotoGiant yeah when darkness hits... i freak out every time
@@Mojokiss A nice fire and a bottle of whiskey might help that?
Let me know if you come back through Kansas.
good chance I will be heading that way within a week or two - what part are you in?
@@MotoGiant I'll text you.
Dreamy. How did you manage to get your tarp wire and haven tent tether so high up in the tree, it looks like it's 10-12 feet up on those trees?
I have a healthy wingspan :)

Beard keeps your chin warm in cold rides. LOL
Did u bathe in that man made rock pool?
No, but it's rumored that Itchy Boots did.
I have discovered how to bathe with warm water, so no :)

Thoughts on Vodka?
I like mine cold, on the rocks, or with a splash of something.
Nirvana? If you are not looking or desiring anything everywhere is nirvana. To me nirvana is simple contentment.
Hardly think anyone thinks you’re a scary biker on a Triumph lol
Now if you had an old shovel head you would definitely look scary even real bikers would be scared of you.
women and children run from me, even tho I don't have a single SHINY PART?
Scary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HIM He couldn't out run a bowl of grits!!!!!!hhahaha
