I must say, my favourite burgers are from this tiny establishment in Strandfontein called Flames and Grills (we call it Waleeds). The place might not look like much, but the food is good. The burgers aren't these moerse morsige towers of heartburn, but have all the essentials in a neat package: Patties, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions and chips. Double-patty for R65. I must admit that 9 times out of 10 have been great, but there was one time when it seemed like they cheaped out on the patties. I'd better try them out again to see what they're like now.
