Have you seen the AoV version of the skin yet? The effects got nerfed so bad that it hurts. They lowered the tone of the colours and his S2 effects doesn't look as flexible as the HoK version. If you like Billow that much you can buy it, but there are honestly better skins in AoV you can save money for than Billow's LNY.
