This is some great footage of a good portion of the campus, but appears to be missing a few notable buildings and places such as the Administration Building, the Hello Walk, the Student Union, the Old Arboretum, the New Arboretum, the Music Building, The "stairs to nowhere" and Ridenbaugh Hall (which is the oldest surviving building on campus). I did my undergrad at U of I about a decade ago, and haven't been back in probably 7 or 8 years. Looking forward to getting back up for homecoming in the next year or two.
@@CampusMania No worries! Any chance you could provide me with some high res raw footage for a production I’m working on? I’m interested in the wider shots at beginning & end, as well as the U OF I sign. Screen recordings cropped to 9:16 are just looking a little bit blurry. Let me know if that’s cool & I’ll give you my email. 👍🏼
wow,,i am glad to watch this.......I am considering this univ and Washington state university for my wife to do her PhD. Its really beautiful. And the positive comments before me confirms my likeness even further. thanks for this video campusmania
You are welcome. Glad this video was helpful to you. By the way, Washington State is also very beautiful. I have a video on the channel for Washington state as well. Make sure to check it out. I'm not sure about the rankings and academics of each of them, but Washington State campus felt more beautiful to me
@@CampusMania I mean I didn't see a shot of the administration building (unless I missed it) and considering its unique history and being one of the first buildings on campus I would think it should get some extra coverage.

The most unsafe campus in the country. Juarez is a safer town.
Why is that? Is there a specific reason?
