Southwest Gas reports high profits amid higher rates for customers

- At a time with rising Southwest Gas bills, the company reported its highest annual earnings during their fourth quarter financial results conference call Wednesday morning.
How dumb do they think we are? Of course the record high profits are tied to the price increase, they even say it themselves. Time to go electric where possible.
thee is nothing we can do ... oh waith i got a new electric heater solar heatpump and a new electric dryer ... lets see !
Why don’t these executives tell us about the huge increases in their bonuses?

As a legal process server/investigater. I serve SWG with subpoenas and summons on a daily basis. The amount of $$$ the executives make here I can't disclose, but it make you want revenge
A Southwest monopoly. We were gone for 6 weeks (over 1 full billing cycle), and our monthly bill for this time was 36.62; and the only thing lit in our home was the Pilot light on the Water Heater. They are ripping people off ... just because they can.
Duh!!! Of course record profits while raising the rates. I absolutely hate this company and you don't have any other choice here. The longer I live here the more I see the residents don't matter

Southwest Gas has the most atrocious customer service care. They suck. Their website is horrible. Their automated service is 15 years behind the times. A horrible company.
