but paparazzi are very different from fans, they don't publicize a celebrity with that giant name, this publicity is irrelevant to them and is harmful considering that it fills the space that the artist has for himself to control his image, they follow him from day to night hunting for a situation that condemns the person, besides these guys don't respect you and you know that because they ask you to stop and they don't, it's a damn profession, very different from a photographer and event that is there for that and you get ready for it. occasion on purpose, it must be horrible to support someone who doesn't respect you, regardless of the celebrity, in general they just profit from the image of that celebrity because most of these videos, apart from this one and others, have like 10,000 views that can take up the space of a song of an artist at a music launch for example, these guys are plagues, no one deserves it, everyone wants to have peace of mind, it's hard not to live in appearance when there's a camera pointed at you all the time

The photographer asked for "just 2 clear shots of you together". Justin stayed in the van doorway with Hailey so the guy could get his 2 clear shots of them both. But then the photographer just carried on taking tons more shots & saying he wanted some more of them together.
This seems to be why it irritated Justin. He'd accomodated the request, but the photographer pushed it further.

For those of you saying Justin “chose this life and must deal with it”, well there are a number of things wrong with this.
-Justin was very young when he became a celebrity. Sure, he was “old enough” to understand that paparazzi might be part of celebrity life, but there’s no way anyone can truly understand what it feels like until they live it, let alone a young 13-year-old boy.
-Are you supposed to turn down the career of your dreams because you don’t want the paparazzi hounding you?! Firstly he didn’t know how big he would get. And this just seems silly to me. We all make sacrifices for the things we love the most, and it doesn’t mean we have no right to complain because we chose that life. That’s called being a prisoner, and that’s allowing the people with the most power to keep that power as high as they want because we just accept whatever treatment they throw our way.
-Justin is a human being. This means he deserves human rights as anyone else. He is not public property, as much as people would love to believe. Humans don’t deserve to be harassed, and what the paps do is harass him every moment of his public life. Imagine trying to enjoy a meal and you have several cameras up in your face (there are photos of this very situation). I don’t care who you are - this will get really old after a while.
-Many people here are saying other celebrities just get on with their business and are not rude to paparazzi. Justin is very often polite actually. And when he is not, this is understandable too. It doesn’t mean his actions are right, but they’re understandable. Justin is at a totally different level of fame than most. And I don’t only mean he is extremely famous, I mean he is the kind of celebrity people are very interested in, given his notorious past, his relationships and so on. This was similar to when Britney Spears had had enough with the paps - everyone compared her behavior with other celebrities, yet Britney’s fame and the interest in Britney was seriously at another level. This means paparazzi are especially ruthless when you’re famous like Britney and Bieber, on top of all the other media outlets and the public tearing them down.
-Justin reached a ridiculous level of fame extremely quickly at a very young age. Very few people in the world know what this is like, including other celebrities. It affected him greatly. What goes up must come down, and when Justin came down he crashed hard (i.e. drugs, fooling around, then feeling the consequences of the whole world hating him). He STILL needs time to heal from this insane period of his life, knowing that nobody will understand (hence his “Lonely” song). The paparazzi are not helping him heal. They are very aggravating to the mind, when you need peace to heal. And sometimes you need to go in public and enjoy the fresh air or a night out with your people, but he doesn’t get to considering who he is.
I understand there are people who actually suffer in the world. Yes, Justin is rich and famous, why feel sorry for him?! You don’t have to feel sorry for him. But understand that his situation is extremely unique and he is still a human. Just recognize his humanity. Just because he has assets like wealth and fame doesn’t mean he deserves *constant* harassment and it doesn’t mean he lost his ability to suffer or his right to complain about the suffering he has. You can have too much of anything you think you want, including fame, which reach toxic levels when they’re too high. If you care about the suffering of other humans, I totally commend you. No need to care a bit about these celebrities lives in any manner, just don’t pay attention.
Also I KNOW Justin is no saint. He can behave like a total d-bag when it’s uncalled for. He can do very stupid impulsive things. He can be aggressive and mean. But he’s only a human. Justin is actually a good person and a sweetheart, but he has his bad and complex sides too (he’s multidimensional, like all of us).
Your whole book is lame and immature...its HIS price to pay...smile, wave, sign an autograph and DEAL with it!
