Idk much about this but I sure do know is that manifesting is important, I always manifest and maybe that is why I get results faster. I agree that sometimes you see no change at all but that doesn’t mean others won’t notice any change. You just have to be positive, manifest and listen every day. They wake your subconscious mind, something like that. There are videos too that you can watch to learn more about the subliminals.

All subs are good until they have negative affs nd comments mostly always point em out.
