I was running late for my cousin's sister's wedding when I crashed into another pickup truck. I broke my leg and couldn't walk... so a guy in a passing car stopped and got out his acoustic guitar and started playing this song to calm my nerves. Other than his guitar being a little out of tune it was all good. He said he learned using the Mel Bay guitar method.
I hit a deer going 50 mph she ran out in front of me I was on my Harley. I suffered six broken ribs, collapsed lung and a severe concussion. I have a nice scar on the top of my head. It reminds me everyday how Lucky I am to be here. Thanks to all the health care workers that got me through it and the police I wouldn't be here without them.

Cody brother I’ve listened to every song you have and no one in this generation knows the cowboy way of life let alone know real country.. dear rodeo is the one song that hits me hard, i rode saddle bronc for 15 years and i ended stoping rodeoing to be with my wife and kids.. i if i was in good shape and was capable of going back to rodeoing i would.. thank you so much brother for what you do it really means a lot

Nashville is full of pop execs who are all coked up and think they know what country music should sound like. All they do is crank out one nice shiny turd after another. No talent assholes wouldn’t know a real artist if they saw one. This guy is too good for Nashville.
