- I really shouldn't have wasted my day on this garbage. Most of this run was below average, but who really fucking cares?
This did let me just relax and think about things.
Decided it really is time to just stop streaming altogether.
After 2 years, I still can't get loyal viewers or even just 10 viewers.
Or anyone to care, no less.
There isn't anything more difficult in this world than for people to get behind you and want to care about you in any way.
Really shows how much of a failure I've become.

Dude...the fact you spend so much time on this nostalgic game is just great...man it is very hard indeed to deliver contet that suits lot of people...but that should not be your intention

I went here because I was wondering if GT1 was a good game to speedrun. Looks like the WR is improvable, but with your comments I can see the tedium required is insurmountable. Thanks for sacrificing your time to achieve this result.
it's pretty cool and easy to speedrun, it's not that much lenght as gt2, gt3 and gt4 are

Did you use the Japanese version because it doesn't have the copyright claim issues the US version has?
The Japanese version was the first release of the game. The EU and US versions have licensed music during races.

i took everything down 'cause im done with speedrunning
i was the only one who cared about the leaderboard and everyone shoved me out and changed everything so i was over all of it a couple of years ago
@@n1nj4ofshr3d Care to elaborate? After all, it's still the record on one of my favorite games, and it's a shame if more people won't see it. If not, I get it, since it was a long while ago.
@@iruleatgames i never wanted runs to be done on emulator, too many people bitched about it, i put my foot down, then i kept getting harassed about it
also, almost no one ran the game(s), to the point that more people were complaining about emu than people who ran the series
and other mods going out from under me and changing the leaderboard and not telling me
