I ordered a second one to disassemble for painting, so i'm looking forward to your disassembly/tuning guide! Such a great blaster I never would've found without your recommendation!
Feels like a mini Prophecy with the "No Locks" Priming... Once fully sealed, it's closer to 190-195 FPS... So I'll put in a (cut down) 25 or 28n spring in and we'll see.
Thanks for your great review. My major complaint with this blaster is that the three-quarter length darts are inaccurate. While it can use half-length darts in the provided magazine, it is more prone to jamming. It turns out that you can fit Fire Phoenix (no joke!) pistol blaster magazines in this rifle. Insert backward - yes backward, to properly match the angle. Snap it in so the magazine feed lips go around the pusher. These magazines are a perfect friction fit. Please try this and advertise if this works for you as well.
Well I'm excited to see that yours showed up my friend thanks for sharing the buy link with me early and maybe I did get a lemon but I mean I can only give the numbers that come out of mine you know what I mean great review is always my friend keep up the good work
I'm really stoked about it... This thing kinda feel like a short all metal internals Prophecy!! No locks, CNC Tube, Barrel and Plunger... It's basically one Spring(...and a good seal!) away from hitting over 200 FPS. It fells AMAZING in hands... I bet it's close or over 2.5-3 pounds
@@thatoldnerfguy One more time, you're lucky to find it on Amz. In France we haven't, and import cost is awful ! Have fun with it, maybe one day I can make a video review of it...🤞🏻
I bought mine last week at the $45 price, and i was pleasantly surprised at the performance. I also tried to disassemble it and couldn't bc of the main grip and i didnt want to break it. I went on biu blaster the day i received it and purchased an additional 3 mag, was surprised at the low cost as well. If you take the front purple piece off the red barrel just slides out nothing but the front piece holding the barrel in. Ive got a spring ordered to hopefully get a lil more power. And im desperately trying to figure out how to put a scar barrel on. For fun i printed a couple decepticon symbol bc the blaster has real Megatron vibes.
I'll open it up soon (when I receive my 25n or 28n) to upgrade it... I already have a few idea in minds. I will tune it up, that'll include barrel fixation, lube, seal and Spring... I shall also try to fit in the metal pusher for the Sembylon Valkyrie in( again, when I receive it... since we already have Barrel, Plunger and Plunger Tube, I might as well give it a pusher. Same here I soon as Biu opened the Listing(at my demands) I grabbed 3 extra mags and a Fire Phoenix pistol...S200 Knockoff to try). Thanks for the detailed feedback
Very interested in seeing a solution to cracking the beast open. There are lots of small nuts inside so be careful. I thought that was cool and not screwing straight into the blaster. I totally think this could hit 200 plus easily. Ill keep an eye out. If you do a mod guide. Thank you again. I did print out a tpu butt stock end from a talonclaw made it much more comfortable (2 actually 1 for the outside and the other i cut in half to sit on inside so i could screw them together)
Some expensive chinese half dart blasters have pretty good quality, now I want them to make high power half dart revolver like deuce pro, with the cylinder issue improved.
I can get this or the Nexus Pro at roughly the same price. I am already partially invested into the half dart and straight talon mag situation. But this Pheonix looks amazing. What would you recommend?
@@4rch3er19 Gotta find that vid. Please wait. Edit ok they fit but I need to seem them fit reliably. But thanks for the tip, Milo seems like a cool guy.
Pheonix if you only use half darts, nexus pro if you want to use all kinds of darts and magazines. The drawback of nexus and aeon pro is that the priming handle wobbles when not primed as a result of supporting both long and half darts, which can be awkward when using.
This Fire Phoenix feels AWESOME... If you're not planning CNC kit for the Nexus, I would tell you give a try to the Phoenix... But if you plan is to have a Modded Nexus Down the roads...Then I would say go with DZ product for the Customer support if anything happen and enjoy modding this Nexus Pro. It's you're choice in the end...if you're comfortable around blaster and don't mind fiddling here and there if something happen, Chinese Blaster can be Gem. Of course the Talon Compatibility is a strong point for the Nexus (but we are working on it for the Phoenix...and it's looking good. Hope it help a bit.
mine if primed, i have to hold the priming handle all the way in front so i can shoot it. if it is primed and i point the blaster up, the priming handle will go down and as a result will load another dart. is this normal for this blaster? Thanks
Hi. I recently got a same blaster. I tested the air seal, unfortunately the air seal is not good. How is your? Wondering is it defects on mine or by factory setting it don’t have good air seal?
Can't wait for someone to make an angled talon converter for this. This blaster has the weight and the potential, heck, it could probably handle actual firearm internals (not suggesting that ppl should do that lol)

No Problem!! Hey lots of potential with 25n spring and a good seal... 250 FPS easy

not really... it's a bit firmer, but very smooth

@@jeremycrossno5282 My pleasure... and I needed those mags!
Those mags. Im not sure that the mag well could take or be modified for talon mags without alot of work.
It’s Talon mag compatible. Just have to put the angled mags in backwards.

Personally, I think the best revolver blaster right now is the Rekt Jury... Single and double action. With a rebarrel it's very consistent

What kg spring do you think would be a good upgrade (most amazon springs are by kg rather than k25/26). Thanks in advance.
25n Prophecy spring have the right diameter, but need to be cut down to length

Only Angle Talon with adapter... Check my video, all specs are there
