I paid all my dues in the first quarter of 2023. When I visited the Park View office to inquire about obtaining possession of my plot in the Overseas Sector, I was shocked to learn that they have over 15,000 plots in that sector alone, and it's unlikely I'll receive possession anytime soon. From what I understand, they only have 1,500 plots available for possession, which they're prioritizing for marketing and media purposes to showcase their fulfillment of promises and attract investors for their Phase 2 project.

ROI is negative, people purchased when GBP to PKR was around 220 and now its, 350. Just to breakeven, one need to have their investment appreciated by over 50% which isn't the case. Best to stay away from investing in Pakistan. If you need a house, rent it and invest in overseas, you and your money aren't safe these days in Pakistan. Stary away from Parkview

A good interview again. Lekin bat woi ha. Me ne apni 3 sal ki saving PVC ko de dia ha. Muje mere 2 plots (ADC files now) kb milangay? Is sawal ka jawab PVC k pass ni ha.
PVC has balloted some plots in OS already and few of them, i guess ~2000 have been allocated plot numbers (Check with your dealer). As PVC said before, people who cleared their dues in 2021/22 will be given possession this time.
In first balloting ~8000 members got their plots ballotted. Few of them were cancelled due to non-payment. Plot number is not the surety to get possession. Possession will be given on the basis of clearance of dues
showing land for around 2000 plot will not satisfy around 8000 clients having oversease block files .
I will never ever invest in park view again . This was last and final investment
