- This weeks episode we suffer some breakages while travelling which then leaves us stranded for two weeks.
Sometimes not everything goes to plan when travelling. You can be on a high and then on a low the next minute. We don't normally book ahead and we have realised we had to and then things go wrong and you can't make the bookings and you can't change them due to the demand around exmouth. We still manage to stay positive and we encourage each other that it could be worse and keep going.

Thank goodness it was only desexing for bob and nothing worse. Glad he is ok. Scenery and camping spots look amazing
100% we get really nervous around vet visits nowadays but he was an absolute trooper! 😊 couple of challenges but still a great time, wasn't a bad place to be stuck for a while!

There are plenty of main towns to do shopping heading north don't stress too much. Such a beautiful coast heading north and Five Fingers Beach at Coral Bay is good for a snorkel, the shark nursery is good for a look and a snorkel out front of the caravan parks in Coral Bay in the shallow water will get you swimming with big snapper up close.

Aha, we are 100% what you see is what you get. Probably some small niggles around the van on occasion when one of us is irritating the other or when one is tired and grumpy!
Go Bob! Life will be better for you and your parents!! Really loving your episodes. So real to life . I used to watch heaps of travel vlogs and gradually reduce the amount I'm watching but definitely won't stop watching your content. I'm actually going to hit the road next year in my 4x4 ( home made setup) as a " grey nomad " and getting worried that I've seen it all on UA-cam before I even start! Hahaha!

Hi Grant, oh you jad me laughing out koud at this comment! Yes poor little guy! I think not was more painful for Deryck than it was for Bob 😂! It slowed him down for about 18 hours and he was back off and up to nonsense!
Can’t wait to do what you both are doing got a year and half to go then we hit the road 🎉

It was good to have a chat with you in woolies carpark Deryck. How are the compgas bottle’s going? Is there any advantage to using them over standard gas bottles?

Hey guys, yes they are much lighter than normal bottles and you are able to see the level of gas left in then. That's why we got them. Helps with our ball weight and helps me carry them as I have osteo in my back as well. Downside is they are only 7.5 l of gas and you still pay for 8 or 9 depending o the store but we love them.
Poor ol'Bob! What a week. Things happen in 3s! At least we got duck in Paradise!

Yes thanks Lesley. They replaced the computer module, great service and the fridge was under warranty so super happy. 😊 derycks beers have returned to their rightful home and I can fit my veggies in the fridge again! 😂

Naw, had my two doggies done last year. They sleep lots and then give you that look as if to say “what have you done to me?” Felt guilty for a while 😢 Hope he gets better soon 😊

Naaw, so true they do give you the dirty eye after they ja r and it done 😂 Bob bounced back quickly like nothing happened at all! We don't have any left u fortunately. This king of having some merch made up so will let you know when we do!

Hey Russell the computer module was broken. They replaced it in no time once we got it into them, was great service and happy that Derycks beers are out of the mai fridge 😂😂😂😂
Dont know if your guys know ...If you buy your meat from a butcher shop they normally have a Vacuum Sealer and will do it for you.I purchased one from Kick Ass products ,we take it with us .The joy's of travel :(

Hey guys I love your channel we are new caravan peeps ourselves. I have a question for you guys that’s got us a little baffled. How do you guys fill your water tanks when off roading? Do you fill up at caravan sites, Petrol stations or where? Also do you have to pay when filling your water tanks off road? Your knowledge on this subject would help us loads much love Eims x apologies if you have already talked about this subject I couldn’t find it on my search.
Hey guys, welcome to the vanning community! I hope you have many happy kms on the road exploring this beautiful country! Great question! We often fill water at caravan parks but also at water filling stations, tourist info centres, and water points. Sometimes we pay for it, it just depends on the place. We look for water points on the apps we use, Canpesia and Wikicamps. They both have a filter you can use to find water filling points. We have only ever filled up at a servo once.

What's the height on your caravan? We had to reverse out of that car wash because we were too tall.
