Beginners, mind you: 10 kg clubbell is not as easy to handle as he makes it seem! This guy is strong.
Very impressive. The last seconds ( 1:35 ) are a demonstration of immense strength. It may seem easy but whoever handles clubs knows how difficult it is.

which clubells benefits , metal or wood sir. because we southindian says wooden clubs creates a bondage with the user. and wooden clubs are bigger which centre of mass and gravitational pull will be more i think so. but dont know what benefits in metal clubs ?
Double 10kg clubbells barbarian squats. Because theyre extended out away from my body, it feels like im doing a 100kg front squat and my quads are jacked. Gonna be a while before i can get the fluidity of this flow. Anyone attempting this.... i recommed doing a lot of 360 swings to warm the shoulders up, dont attempt any of these moves not warmed up.
I am just starting with the club and this level seems far away for me. Got enough blisters already...

Hmm seeing you(someone with experience) already having it thug with 10 kg makes me think i should start with 8 kg🤔
Start with 5 to avoid any rotator cuff injury, unless you are a big guy.
@@praneshpoojary3752 yeah i bought 8 kg and some excercises i can do but some are to heavy on the shoulders😅
@@vikingninja5033 its okay, you can grab a little more to the middle. than do 5 inside circles 5 outside circles and 5 pullovers untill you reach 20 sets, then density 16x6, 14x7, 12x8, 11x9, 10x10. then start with a heavier club or go for more complexity like swipes and pendulum swings. after few months of swipes you will be ready for a mill
but i really would recomment to to these basics for a few months until the "order position" is perfect. your joints and tissues will need time to adapt but it will be worth it
