    This is marvellous xx I am observing a desire to have been hurt by a good friend of mine right now. I know, nothing and no one can possibly hurt me in anyway. Yet at times I want to explain this pain to be understood. Of course this an attempt to make the illusion real haha. Although I know it to be madness xx This is a fabulous reminder I need do nothing. Not even forgive the misgivings. I shall continue to observe now with complete confidence and love xx

    If I am understanding this properly, it is better to be observant of the emotions and attachments. This is the only way to steer clear of them. With enough practice, I can only imagine the incredible freedom one would feel in this world. It is certainly worth trying. Thank you for this!

      Yes , when you are completely present everything goes away. Fear can be completely destroyed.

      Yes, it has been my experience that witnessing my emotions not only keeps me from being taken over by them, but also helps their intensity to lessen.
      It's odd that sometimes I'm witnessing them and I'm very aware that my psychic energy is being consumed by them, but I still let let it happen. It's either due to habit or because I enjoy the associated sensations. Either way, it's getting easier and easier to 'step' out of them.
