Rock vs Guerrero was a classic! Guerrero's reversal to the rock bottom was the smoothest counter i've ever seen!
Imagine if we had got AJ Styles vs Shawn Michaels vs Daniel Bryan
MJF vs AJ Styles!!! 🤔
@@vinceraven1501MJF vs. Hugh Jackman.
@@vinceraven1501 The Miz vs AJ styles? We've certainly had to have gotten that by now
Just realised the black and white effect was for the Undertaker getting colour. I thought it was Timeless Tony Tombstones for a second.
That Eddie v Rock angle was so brilliant. It was like a proper feud just for that one night, they had a brilliant 15 minute promo battle at the start of the show.
i was like 14 at the time... i just recall he asked if he was cheech or Chong
"Big-nosed bellend..." - I'm incorporating that phrase into my regular vocabulary. Thanks, Pacitti. I love it.
Taker vs. Flair happened at least twice. They've met during Flair's first run with the company. The Match even made a Tape, "His Gravest Matches".
It's funny. Because they even acknowledged that it happened a few times. Lol
According to Cagematch, the 2002 match was the only match of theirs to be televised.
@@Lemons28KZ I didn't say televised, but it's on tape. According to Graham Cawhton's site it has been televised in Europe (France I believe it was), btw.
In any event, it's a Match that many people had the opportunity to see in form or another.
@@oliverl.5834 All of their videos are exclusively about your standard televised events. Dark matches and house shows don't count regardless of being recorded. They are usually effectively non-canon.
They faced each other a lot in the early 90s & later around the Wrasslemania match... That's where lots of people forget about all the various house show circuit tours back in the day that don't happen much nowadays, but, AJ vs Cody has been continuing on the house show circuits before the setup to their latest rematch during the AJ retirement angle.
John Cena vs. Jeff Hardy happened in 2008
That’s crazy it only happened once I just watched the highlights of that match and man it was amazing
Brock works so well with "little" men. His matches with CM Punk, AJ Styles and Daniel Bryan are awesome
Eddie too
He had a good match with Benoit on SmackDown in 2003, even after Benoit had already wrestled earlier in the night. Too bad it's never talked about.
To me, that’s why Kofis lost to Brock is a double insult. They could have at least let those two have a good back n forth like the previous matches mentioned. I’m sure Kofi could have done some pretty impressive stuff with Brock.
@@manuelruiz4230Brock would never allow it. He's only interested in making hiimself look good because he's a lazy selfish egotistical momma's boy not a real fighter and certainly not a real wrestler.
@@manuelruiz4230and his fans are the most corrupt and manipulative liars in the entire WWE universe.
Jeff Hardy in 2008 in WWE was something special
Yeah
Yep, Jeff Hardy is one of the biggest what-if's in wrestling imo. Had he stayed clean around 2010, he could have been of the biggest stars in wrestling history imo
@@fabiansproer378 he still was big though and he got numerous returns and runs and he was a WWE Champion and super popular in 2008 rivalring Obama's popularity
@@zanethind i know. But he could have been Cena big
@@fabiansproer378 true
Back in the day, I wanted so bad to have Chris Benoit facing CM Punk. We were so, soooooo close but, well... 😢
Wow, that would've been a killer match!
... Too soon?
Was Michelle McCool ever publicly asked about about her rumored affair with...?
@@luisrizo8813Rumored affair? What Rumored affair?
@@jodawa2504 alluded to in the pictures section of the "Chris and Nancy" book.
@@luisrizo8813 I didn't know that there's a book about Chris Benoit & his wife Nancy, so I'm going to back out of that aspect of the conversation, until or unless I gain knowledge about it.
I really thought when Arn hit that Spinebuster, the match was done
Hart Foundation (Hart and Neidhart) vs Steiner Brothers and British Bulldogs vs Steiner Brothers....two dream fueds we not never got
Also mind blowing that in the late 80s the Rock n Roll Express faced the British Bulldogs in the AWA..
John cena vs Jeff hardy should be at the top of the list I remember as a kid in 2008 watching that match in their primes wondering why on earth did it only happen once.
Wild that Jeff vs Shawn happened on free tv and Jeff WON
Like Michaels vs Mysterio...
Jeff was big Star Back then in 2008.
@@vinceraven1501Rey Mysterio vs Shawn Michaels happened on Raw in November 2005 post Eddie Guerrero's death & Smackdown in early 2010.
RVD and Shawn Michaels should have had a feud. Mr. Monday Nights vs Mr. Wrestlemaina
Hell, RVD vs John Morrison would've been a good, dream match. There's already a Shawn Michaels vs John Morrison match that happened in WWE, though I think that was a tag team match of D-Generation X(Triple H & Shawn Michaels) vs John Morrison & The Miz in early 2009 on Monday Night Raw.
Even in a photoshop style Hogan doesn't want to job for anyone. Great list as usual guys
keep your Hogan-hate to yourself you waste of xissteance
Yall just made me cry. Lol Saw my deceased daddy in the crowd from the March 31st 1997 raw in peoria il
Doubt.
Guy with a button up tan shirt ringside with a blonde comb lol over I'm 9 years old next to him wearing my Shawn Michael's gloves. You see him clearly and me when Brett has the rock in the sharp shooter on the ring post. Also something else I remember for some reason if you look closely Steve Austin has a pack of camel cigarettes in his back pocket....
Another great match that only happened once was Eddie Gurerreo against Lance Storm. I'm guessing it wasn't considered for this list because it was a house show bout, but the story is kinda interesting.
Storm was only there to cut an UnAmericans promo when Vince arrived and saw him. At that moment he decided that the match he would really love to see was Eddie defending the US title against Storm, and he wanted to see it right damn now!
Due to only being on promo duty Storm had left his gear in the car so instead of putting the match together while the guys in the ring finished their match, Storm was having to grab his gear and get changed leaving him and Eddie to call the match completely in the ring.
This video ends perfectly hahahaha. That doesn’t work for me brother!! Hahahahahaha
the rock vs john cena
wait
Lol
A dream match that SHOULD HAVE happened once.
At a push.
Just random, but, my personal dream match that never happened was Sting vs Shawn Michaels during the mid 90s.. That'd been incredible. Yeah, Flair vs Undertaker happened a lot in the early 90s & around the Wrasslemania match.... Do believe that Goldberg vs Gillberg only happened once too lol... 🤔
Gillberg was a joke
Dream matches with Tom at the beginning. Well done editor.
November 25 2002 I reviewed that episode on my podcast I gave 4/5 stars it was a beautiful contest
Imagine if we had Owen hart vs Eddie Guerrero
Taker fought ric in 92.
doesnt count as it was a house show. they want televised matches
@@mattalan6618 fare point
Dream matches we'll never see from wrestlers that have already passed on.
Hearing people deadpan talk about Owen kicking Bret's "leg out of [his] leg" is never not funny to me
I’m surprised that Batista vs Rock never had a better match
That WrestleMania 20 Match left Alot to the Imagination.
Orton vs Rock and Batista vs Rock in One on One matches was Definitely on Alot of People's lists then he comes back just to face Cena Twice Lol 🙄
The cool thing is even tho we won’t ever see it live irl with the advancements of AI people can create super realistic dream matches like Andre the giant vs Big show, Taker vs sting, one that I personally think would’ve been cool to watch if it was possible is the American dream vs his son the American nightmare
Jeff vs Shawn is one of my favorite Raw matches ever
80s Scott Steiner and big poppa pump are 2 different people
The Undertaker vs String will always be left in our dreams… 😅
Glad you mentioned that Flair and Undertaker had matches at house shows during Flair's first WWE run and his Return to WWE......so while not on TV or PPV...just house shows thy did have more matches together.
Shawn Michaels vs Rey Mysterio happened on the Eddie Guerrero tribute edition of Raw.
Goldberg vs Undertaker! Well that was a nightmare match, not a dream match tbh 🤕
The Undertaker vs Jeff Hardey was a random match but was great to watch. or RVD vs Undertaker.
I never really got a chance to get to see the dream matches that i really wanted to see foreal
Brock was by a mile at his best when he was working with someone a lot smaller.
He plays that part perfectly
I feel like it gets lost how good that Lesnar Bryan match was, and the crazy part was it was Heel vs. Heel
I was at the WWE vs. ECW event. Rey vs. RVD was the match everyone was talking about before the show got underway.
The Rock vs Ric Flair on RAW 2002!
How we never got Ric Flair main eventing Mania or HBK vs the Rock is just super crazy
hbk and 'the clique' tried to bury the rock when he was starting. they generally made his life hell so in return the rock refused to ever work with hbk
@@M9AX yeah I know
What's even crazier is how they marketed WM8 as a "double main event" and announced Flair/Savage as "the first half of our big double main event", and the words "double main event" were everywhere, but Flair fans don't understand the concept and continue to bitch he never main evented Mania.
@@Veladus that double main event thing truly works if it's actually two nights and not one. Because before two night Manias WWE has been saying they had double main events like the semi one and the actual main event heck Night of Champions 2023 they advertised 3 main events and one of them was the opening show match which isn't an actual main event
@@zanethind Bullshit. Match order ≠ main event. WM24's main event was Orton/Trips/Cena triple threat, but Taker and Edge were the last match. Flair/Savage was labeled main event, it was promoted like a main event, IT WAS A MAIN EVENT.
Lita Vs Chyna was def a dream match one hit wonder
The Rock vs Jeff Hardy?
I think Steve Austin vs Goldberg was a bigger dream match than Steve Austin vs hulk hogan
Other from recent years
Roman Reigns vs Randy Orton singles match happened only once at SummerSlam 2014
Same with Brock vs Randy at SS 2016
Styles vs Jeff Hardy happened once on random episode of SmackDown
Hart vs angle would have been fantastic. Hogan vs Austin is the worst match you could think of
Goldberg vs Ultimate Warrior is my dream match. WCW blew the chance too
Wow, can you imagine if it was young Shawn Michaels vs. Jeff Hardy? Every drug dealer in a 75 mile radius would be out of stock
Jeffrey Nero Hardy is now 46 and still one of the biggest names in the industry. How, I can't say, as the amount of damage he's done to himself would have crippled a lesser man ten years ago.
Yeah, it's amazing how he deals with it. It's almost like he's on all the drugs that ever have, would, or could exist. Crazy shit.
Honorable mention to John Cena vs. Shinsuke Nakamura. A surreal WWE vs. NJPW clash, and arguably Nakamura's best main roster match.
i miss jeffy
Lol huh? No it's not... Taker and Flair had at minimum one other match on coliseum home video (wrestling challenges September 2nd '92)
I'm having a Mandela Effect moment because I thought HBK and Jeff also wrestled on a Raw in 2003.
I believe Shawn made a save during Jeff's 3 week heel run
Steve Austin did square off with Hulk in an NWO vs Stone Cold/Rock match
That doesn't work for me brother 🤣
The Undertaker VS. Diesel (Kevin Nash)
The Undertaker VS. AJ Styles
Brock Lesnar VS. AJ Styles
Ric Flair? Blood during the match? No. This can’t be true.
Jeff vs Shawn and Jeff vs John Cena🎯
How did HBK v Hogan not make this list??? What a screwup
Because it sucked
Rob Van Dam vs Mr. Perfect - WWE Intercontinental Championship on Sunday Night Heat
Hulk Hogan vs Ravishing Rick Rude - WWF Championship Match
Bret Hart vs Ricky Steamboat
Bret Hart vs Randy Savage
Rowdy Roddy Piper vs Jerry Lawler
Owen Hart vs Kurt Angle - Dark Match
Razor Ramon vs Big Van Vader
Blue Blazer vs Mr.Perfect
Brock Lesnar vs AJ Styles and CM Punk should've been on this list
Seth vs Punk, coming soon
DX vs Brothers of Destruction - happened only once and it was way too late...
but honestly this is the one time where i understand that Hogan didnt want to do the job. i mean losing a second time to the same dude who just demolished you in your first bout. na i would have done the same honestly.
Spike Dudley vs Rey Mysterio
Only thing i want was Daniel Bryan vs HBK
You forgot Goldberg vs the Undertaker
My dream match John cena vs okada
Goldberg vs. Shawn Michaels, October 2003 on RAW
How about Triple H vs Guerrero(2004)
John cena vs nakamura on a random sd match, they should of just put on summerslam a couple weeks later, idk if it's a dream match but cena vs goldust in a one off
Lesnar Vs Styles > Lesnar vs Bryan…yep I said it, and don’t really care who feels otherwise
Eddie Guerrero vs Aj Styles
please start using chapters on the timeline!
I'm surprised hogan let Brock win
10 dream matches we never saw.
Piper vs. Cena on the mic
What about HHH Vs. Eddie Guerrero?
I just want to point out that John Cena is in that image with Kurt Angle and Bret Hart and it kind of ruins it lol 😭
Picking Brock vs Daniel over Brock vs AJ is criminal... Also John Cena vs Jeff Hardy, John Cena vs Rey Mysterio and of course...John Cena vs Nakamura!
Are we doing the bray wyatt flickers now for our list videos now?
which absolutely crazy MANIC didn’t approve veer vs shanky!!!
Kane vs finn balor at raw,we never got kane vs brock lesnar,i always wanted to see kane vs nakamura
nWo v Austin & Rock shoulda been a PPV
Rey vs HBK, Rey vs UT ?
Taker Vs Cena
but on serious note i would LOVE to see drity domnick vs jimmy uso in 1 on 1 action or ricochet and bruan strowman vs dexter lumins and erick rowan
of course the one time they put RVD to beat Mysterio its during Mysterios title run when he jobbed to everyone
Taker Vs AJ
A perfect dream would be for WWE to change there shady done for decades buisness practices & stop mistreating the wrestlers the staff & the fans
Wonderful.
The only proves HBK is the GOAT 🐐 in ring !!!!
Isn't the point of a dream match is that it's what the people want and it'll never happen again. One and done. If you have more than one match it completely defeats the purpose of a "dream match". House shows are included because the match should only happen on a ppv, not house shows 3 or 4 times after the fact
Taker Vs Roman
great matches for a ppv only happens once
Sin Cara Vs Sin Cara
Goldberg vs lashely and vs Roman and vs taker all are happened ,but Goldberg vs Austin and vs Kurt not happening
brooklyn brawler and kai en tai vs hhh
Hbk and the rock NEVER wrestled each other because apparently Hbk was working for the miavia promotion and territory and he disrespected the rocks mother or grandmother over a pay dispute and the rock will never say what Hbk said but it had to be pretty vulgar because from what Tony atlas and rocky Johnson had to pull the rock off of Hbk (who was on the floor of course) they fired Hbk and the rock kicked his ass when he was barely 15 lmao
Shawn Michaels v Randy Savage UK Rampage 92?
