Age is irrelevant, I change mine every year.
When people start criticising age/appearance, you’re guaranteed they can’t come up a valid argument.
I love how they say Rick is a grandpa and doesn't know how to use "new" technology when iTunes looks like a program from the early 2000s.
Ooooh! Ooooh! Can I be a "sad old dude?" ..... especially one that can play guitar and have a masterful understanding of music, like this old dude? Where do I sign up?
The hubris of people nowadays is staggering. For every "sad old dude", there's an inexperienced young moron who has yet to make the mistakes the older guy has already learned from. Self-awareness is more important than age.
How do you milk a sheep? Release a new Apple product.
Apparently, I'd be a "Sad Old Dude" even though I'm in my 20s and share many of the same opinions you do on Apple.
Loved the comments from the experts. "This is my dad,he's not old he just has white hair"!
They don't take 1/3 of the profit. They take 1/3 of the revenue which is much worse.
Old guys rule. I'm 56 and still can lead the pack when it comes to software development / use. Your rant was spot on!
Rick’s right here. The companies have made things unnecessarily complicated just for profit.
I read Linux computer magazines, in one of them was a question for all the article writers; what would you do in case of a zombie apocalypse? The best answer was; "I would go stand in line at an Apple Store, zombie's are only after brains."

There's something hilarious about 20 year old hipsters living in mommy's basement working barista jobs, claiming an older guy is out of touch with 25 years of success in the music industry and 1.4 million UA-cam subscribers. They'd love to be that "out of touch".
