Just love your attitude man. You're so upbeat and positive. It's like you're ecstatic just to be living your life. It's v inspiring. Less IS more!
You know, if you had some heat-proof gloves you could dismantle that woodstove while still hot, wrap it in a blanket or something and use it as a bed-warmer if it's cold

Oh my, you remind me of my aunt Lee. She gives every single detail of her every thought when she speaks. Holy moly!!! Just don't cook greasy food inside. BOOM!!Eat vegetarian or make a salad and sandwich, have a bowl of oatmeal, that's clean. Tuna and instant potatoes. There. Now all you need is hot water. Not greasy or spattery.

I've looked at many of these kinds of videos. Yours is the only one that addressed the splattering of food inside of the vehicle and mitigations. Cheers!

Thank you so much for stressing the importance of having a carbon monoxide detector. I worry about sleeping in a Walmart lot or similar place and having someone park next to me while running their motor to keep warm while pouring carbon monoxide fumes into my vehicle. I always have a detector and check it often. Happy trails!
Oh, I just use my butane stove for steak. I crank it all the way open and use a cast iron grill. Works great. I use this system all the time, even at home.

"Hot Cuisine" -- yeah buddy! . . . but the expression I always heard was "Now we're cookin' with gas." (My own SUV camping setup is coming along incrementally and is all-electric, with wood and fuel options for outside.) Even so, your experience is very good to see!

I like the wood 👌 stove. I have seen those in other bigger vanlife builds for permanent spaces, but your ideas work pretty cool, too! I was wondering how it would work if I wanted to still get one if I wanted a smaller space but travel more and want to bake something sometimes! Have you ever seen Corporal's Corner? He bakes stuff right in the ground or in dug outs! I like your ideas, too! Thanks! Appreciate, very much!

You can reduce your butane consumption by using lids on your pots when cooking. They hold the heat so you won't need as much energy to raise the temperature of your food. Also, if you are going to shit in the wild, you should probably convert to a primarily vegetarian based diet as the responsible thing to do.
