You are a legend thank you so much! I got 4 secret notes, 200 iron ore, 68 copper ore and 7 quarrtz and more. This still works incase anyone else is wondering. Also i tried this when i was about half eays through the mine and it didn't work but when i got to the bottom of the mine and came back it worked. Anyway thanks bro your epik👍👌🤙😎🙋♂️🙇♂️
At neutral luck, I tried level 41 about 15 times, and not once did copper show up. It was all iron. I had to go to 31 for copper. That is such a horrible floor for me because I don't have a glow ring, and the levels are almost too dark to see in.
Go to lvl 21 for copper (elevator lvl 20). Lvl 40 for iron, lvl 80 for gold. If there are stairs, down to next level, quick look for nearby nodes then out. 👍 Fast and furious.
Burglar ring will help with the community center challenge as well. 0.2% chance for serpents to drop red cabbage seeds up to 0.4 with the second roll. if you are impatient or forgetful enough to forget to check the market twice a week like me 😂
Broooo I'm so dumb 😭I completely glossed over how the elevators worked so I thought you had to start from the top of the mines every day 💀damn I just wasted soooo much time lmao
Good question! Every 5 levels you go down, another elevator spot opens up. So when you go on mining adventures, try to make it to that next increment of 5 down, so you continue making progress.
@@PauseResetPlay I died and had to close my game before I lost 3G's lol I ended up taking the money I had like 16K and I spent it on making "2" quality sprinklers not sure it was a smart investment but were see! Lol
@@moonydoo1 No. Every 5 levels you reach it creates a new floor or "checkpoint" for you to go to with the elevator. And no you don't have to manually go down 40 floors to unlock floor 40. For example if the deepest you have gone is level 20, you can use the elevator down to level 20 and go down another 5 levels and unlock level 25. You prob won't get much further than 10 levels reached per day as you'll run out of in game time. Just work your way down the mine levels bit by bit.
You can visit the adventurers guild to buy a new one. If you're lucky, you can find one in a treasure chest as well from fishing, particularly on high luck days. I was able to get a Neptunes Glaive early in spring year 1, and it was a great sword for nearly the entire game until I got the Galaxy Sword.
There's the elevator you can take after every 5 floors like you see in the video they are using. Bring food, go on a day that you're not super busy - rainy days are great but also watch for your daily luck on the TV. Prob best to not go if the spirits are unhappy. Try to get anywhere from 5 to 10 levels each time you go and just keep getting deeper bit by bit. You don't have to start back at level 1 every time you go. Use the elevator at the entrance. Buy higher level weapons from the adventurer's guild. Prob a level 2 or 3 weapon will do good for a while and then get a level 5 or higher weapon for the lower depths (60+). Late reply but even if you've figured it out maybe my reply will help someone else with the same question.
This is good for iron but not so much for copper. Is there a different level that works for copper only? I know 80 is good for gold so I'm guessing copper has to have a sweet spot too.
This mining trick still works to this day. You can also farm for gold really well by repeatedly going to level 80 in the elevator, down to 81. It's a small room similar to level 41 in this video and spawns gold pretty frequently.
I came here to share this exact method for mining Iron but decided to see if there was a video with this method. It takes ~ 6 seconds to go to 41, see if there's iron, head back up if not, repeat. I find those 5-Iron chunks happen very often with this method. When I see them, I lay a bomb to north and south, collect all, go up. I can do this many dozens of times in 8 in-game hours. Accidentally discovered this technique because my crops needed 8 more Sprinklers to be watered and I was about to miss out on my chance to get Last Harvest (watering was taking 5+ hours in the morning) so I though of this method in a hurry... walked back, crafted and planted all 8 sprinklers by 1:50. Also this method works for Copper and Gold as well, on their respective floors!
@@PauseResetPlay Hah! I cannot imagine NOT playing this game. I'm in my first week of playing, already at 32 hours... ooops. LOL. Currently at work on break, just daydreaming about ending my shift so I can play more. This game scratches an itch I never knew I had - instilling a sense of accomplishment, peace, relaxation, designing, adventuring. All which are very needed in our crazy hectic fast-paced world! Anyway, back to the topic of this video. Have you seen anyone else use this method before? Because in my obsessive interest (and many "work breaks") I looked all over for the most efficient mining method but never saw this method used. Traditional floor 40-50 repeats give like 1/4th the Iron as this method. I'm surprised I only found it after I have tried it for myself! If it's not well known, it should be, because this is VERY efficient.
Nobody cares about all your other ores, we're trying to figure out why we cant find COPPER..... Copper is our only focus....... Nobody would be searching this if it were easy as Minecraft or Terraria.. NOTHING i've googled has helped me, and here I am trying to not fall asleep to garbage over-explanations. Show us why this game isnt as intuitive as Terraria and Minecraft.
True for some reason I can find iron in abundance but copper is a no-go. I saw another comment saying to just buy it in large quantities but not all of us are money bags. I hate fishing personally and I know that's part of why I'm not rolling in dough by now spring year 2.
Here 4 years later, but still found it very useful !!! Wanted to farm iron for quality sprinklers... Thank You so much :)
Really makes me happy that this was helpful, I really appreciate you watching!
@@PauseResetPlay This guy is still replying to comments. 👍
This works on floor 80 for Gold too as it has the same layout
You summer year 1: 180k gold earned and backpack
My fall year 1: 6k gold earned and a hotbar
What have you even been doing
same for me haha, had about 7k end of year 1
500k...

Glow ring is super important, it’s so easy to get lost without one.
I made a new game, and on that one, I needed iron, so I went to level 41, and would you believe it was full of copper, hehe.
Yo same thing to me

You’re right. Copper is found a bit more easily in levels 20-30
This changes everything omg thank you!!!
I'm glad it helped, thanks for watching!!
The video was insanley helpful!! went in that level a few times and one had five copper and four iron with a ladder!?
Glad it was helpful, thanks for watching! It's getting close to fall, which is the perfect time to get back into Stardew!

You can also farm fiber on this floor for tea saplings. 💲💲💲
Does not seem to work after the first few rounds, no immeadiate ore nodes after like the second rerun. :( (On the switch)
Hmmm I haven’t tried it on Switch that’s interesting
Yeah, this does not work on mobile neither. Too bad.

Love this game. You’re right - it conveys so much so perfectly. Love the music, the graphics, the desire to make it to the next day, season, etc
i'm having trouble with copper, what floors are the best?
I’ll have to double check but 20-39 would be best.
Super helpful. Thanks!
Im still at level 15 bcuz these flying worm is scary when not flying and hard to kill when flying why would make them hard stardew vally dev
pretty smart, thanks man
I have good luck today, grinded from 8 am to 5 pm and only got 21 iron and 22 copper
Ok this is not a beginner thing since it shows NOTHING on how to access the mine.
Thank you so much, so much time saved
Thanks for the video!
