What material is the track suspension / "bridge" over the pit made of? I'm building a similar design on my track, and are unsure whether I can just go ahead and build the suspension using glued together cardboard with some foamcore in the mix or if I should build it out of wood
All the elevations are made using 6mm MDF, probably a bit overkill but it was what I had left over from the base boards I’ve documented the build from the start on Scalextric Trackside NE Facebook group
