•Basmati rice 2 cups
•Salt to taste for boiling rice

•Cinnamon stick 1
•Whole Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
•Cloves 2
•Black cardamom 1
•Whole Black pepper 15 to 20
•Homemade Prepared biryani masala 2 to 3 tablespoons or to taste
•Onions 2 medium
•Tomato 1 large
•Yogurt 2 to 3 tablespoons
•Lemon and tomato slices for garnishing
•Coriander and mint leaves for garnishing
•Food colour half teaspoon
•Kewra water 1 teaspoon
