I love your videos . I called off work a couple of nights ago because of my mental health and I hadn’t slept for almost a week . I was so exhausted and grateful to have a night to myself however I still felt guilty for calling off. But the message at the end of your video is so true about putting yourself first when you need to . Hope you have a bunch of great days ahead of you ! :)
