I think it was Red Miller who said, "I'll tell you how the defense can get off the field. Fourth down!" They dropped two close games in the early season. Everybody knows the offense takes longer to come around. Are you looking for magic? Try patience.

@@cowbaby Well said. Coach is developing the offense, it’s a young team. He would Make a big mistake by playing anything other than a conservative offensive game against these first two teams. He’s letting the defense do their job and all that needs to happen is the offense coming together and becoming comfortable and consistent. As it stands now if the offense even plays mediocre they will be winning games.

Put up 295 yards against the supposed #1 defense, when the Steelers got 239? If passes weren’t dropped or a shoe string tackle they won. Run game needs to improve, that’s correct, too many chefs in the kitchen. Leave Javonte on the field. He’s a multi threat weapon and he has showed that. Other than that they played decent. Some vets might say they played good.
