if you want a thinner rack for asics, I would mount it to the shed so nothing falls over.
I would put the fans in so you leave space to add more if needed.

I think your fan set up for perfect but heat Risers roof ventilation be a good idea
What do you plan on running with 30amp circuits? You may get 1.5 ASIC per 30 amp right? Or do you plan on focusing heavily on GPU's?
