Yes sister, every Saturday & especially Sunday's one side road in ECR is reserved for cycling, sometimes we can even spot our CM riding cycle, Sylendar Babu sir
Infact our area is headquarters for one of the cycling groups in Chennai called INCG, I'm one among them, we aren't active now due to bad roads. We would resume cycling once the road works are done

If you go via ECR only one toll, if you go via GST 3 tolls are there.

GST is another route to Pondicherry via dindivanam. I see the board that mention the toll rate in each toll and also money deducted from our fast tag
