I'm not running to live long.
I run to love myself.

Very nice
Thanks for having my back😄
i have to ask, how are you with shin splints? I've been on a streak running almost every day but i get this nasty pain in the shins that i can surely push through but they are not going away. What do you do with minor aches and "injuries"? Do they subside over time? i mean clearly you don't have rest days
btw! 48 minutes is great effort man! my PB i standing on 56 minutes at the moment :)
definitely don't run everyday, you can cross train on the 2-3 days off from running (biking, swimming, lifting)
When I had pain, I slowed down and shortened the distance.
On days that were too painful, I would run slowly at a pace of 8:00/km.
If I woke up in the morning and the pain was still there, I ran that evening.
@@nokkemao9339 I've always jogged every day, and this was my first time running fast. I didn't know I could run sub-50 minutes, and it was so exciting.
@@jkc877 Yes, I run every day, so I think my recovery is slower than others.
It's right to rest when you're sore.
