- I stayed at a backpackers lodge in Avondale, Zimbabwe. It was a unique and enriching experience that goes beyond just finding a place to sleep. I then took my relatives to eat breakfast at the 5 star Rainbow Towers as i enjoyed it last time i stayed.

I have stayed here they r lovely plp and amazing rooms❤recommend trying the tree house room.

Construction of the Sheraton Hotel, Harare 🇿🇼 (now Rainbow Towers) commenced in 1981 and was completed in 1984. It was officially opened on November 22 1985.
Sudbury and Chipping Sodbury are both towns in UK 🇬🇧! The settler must’ve named those farms as nostalgic memories of back in England where they had originated from 😮!
Wow, those wooden sculpted chairs at Makuti are absolutely stunning 😍 ! Trust me, the cold beer at Makuti Hotel must be colder than our ex girlfriend’s hearts …lolest 😅😂!

I can imagine the fear of seeing cows because of the elephants in Kariba you were used to running away from,good memories,United bus lol.The trucks eish during the night is a nightmare for real.
I know hey I was scared of cows lol. You are right I think it’s because of fear of elephants that we see everyday is our home town my sister 🤣

Yes, the signage at Makuti was quite humorous and that what you get when you travel. Zimbabwe never disappoints. My brother was more interested in the cold beer sign only and not the other locations and that was hilarious 😆
