Plants vs Zombies is back in an all-new adventure that will test your zombie defense skills! Filled with plants and zombies new and old with the PvZ combat you’ve come to know and love. It’s the wildest PvZ yet that will have you rebuilding Neighborville while fighting against the wackiest zombies to date. Dr. Zomboss has returned and transformed Neighborville into a zombie paradise! Embark on an epic adventure with Dave and his team of heroes in a story that’s crazier than ever before as they journey through the fog to free other citizens. I can’t believe that Popcap didn’t acknowledge that the community thinks that Pvz3 is still a disaster and they thought that it was ok to still release the game while ignoring all the community’s feedback. But these developers at Popcap would never do something like this, Oh no they wouldn’t.
It'd still a soft launch. It isn't released everywhere, they do this to get feedback on how to improve the game. Knowing them, they are either going to say, more players are still playing the last game, let's just keep updating that game or they are going to update to upgrade the experience. It all just takes time so until it releases worldwide, we can't really judge it. Just provide suggestions on how to make it better

Crazy Dave has been insanely smart since pvz 2. He did own a time machine after all. And then there's the triceratops mechs from gw2. Dave's a mad scientist, just more mad than scientist.
I think Dave beating Zomboss in a Science competition was in the lore even before this game.

It’s funny to me that throughout the entire video Zack has been teased with other things like The food he needs to cook then the NFL playing😂😂 while he’s recording.
The way the light blue water goes is how it flows down up down in the first round of the video
24:48 Zack, this game actually has dynamic difficulty, so if you lose a level a few times, they spawn less zombies in. This also applies to if you beat a bunch of levels in a row, they'll spawn in more zombies.

You know when even Zack, one of the main PvZ fellas, has some constructive thoughts and feedback about the game, that PopCap may not have done the best thing gameplay wise for this PvZ installment.
hey man i dont know if you are aware of this already but once you are done with the game you should fill out the feedback form on the pvz subreddit! it asks questions like your opinion on the plant variety and if it feels like you absolutely need powerups to beat some levels. the form is only open for a few days only so you may want to act fast.
I do agree about the soft lock levels, I ABSOLUTELY NEED power ups to beat level 116. Your only hope to beating levels like this if you have power ups or coins to buy power ups (because the later levels feel incredibly unfair). My only hope of winning this level is to wait for the daily rewards, which gives you money and power ups (Sometimes...)
How many levels are there?
@@ezra7088 there are 150 main levels and then it gets replaced with infinite levels. I immediately deleted the game after clearing level 150 so I don't know what happens in the infinite levels but I'm assuming they are randomly generated
@@MrCheezyBoi thanks, I couldn't find the info anywhere online. That's a new low even for EA, an infinite number of randomly generated levels. EA perfectly represents the pitfalls of late-stage capitalism

I’m so happy Zack is actually giving feedback about the game and how even him talks about how bad the game is. In PVZ 2 it kinda felt like Zack was getting sponsored by them and couldn’t say that most of the new plants are hot garbage because they just suck for what they are and how hard it is to obtain them if you were a new player.

The first time i played a pvz game was on ds a long time ago and i still play it on the same ds. I love the format, levels, variety and minigames. Pvz 1 on ds is my favourite game of all.
After getting my hands on it, I gotta say the game is not even that bad for a soft launch. It's nowhere near the first two, but it's still a pretty casual experience.

The game developers for Plants vs. Zombies, 3 game. They should add a future that you can upgrade your plans And upgrade your plans to level 30 And upgrade your plans to mastery 30 as well.

Your example of how you don't really own the plants anymore they just kinda exist is a perfect example of one thing of many that's wrong with this game you should be able to choose your plants because that's what makes pvz what pvz is and I think what you said captures that perfectly
When i was playing this game. As a old PVZ player (and since this is a soft launch version) i learned that this game is not only a gardenscape, and coc type of game but this is more of a real strategic and luck type of game. So far i made some progress so far and while i have many downsides in some levels. i have to say, i managed to face them. Of course some boosters have to be sacrificed to level up my strategic playing field but above all its good. I do give some levels likes and dislikes based on the experienced difficulties on every level so hopefully these likes and dislikes will reach out to the devs. There they can sort some of them out

Man 100 levels in and we're still only seen just dave's house and campground? Just some variations with the water and ground pattern, but oof... it ALL just feels the same due to the plants and same zombies over and over and over...
Appreciate your vids Zack, I'll continue to watch, but don't feel like I'm missing out playing. I enjoy the story tho
I don't think that there is a variation of plants to choose from either. I do feel that the second game has too many of them. However, this one takes a long time before it introduces another one. Also, I don't like that the plants are preselected.

I hope they add some, but a soft-launch phase sounds to me like they're gonna do minimal changes for a full launch..
