Second call was in Allan Creek for a blown up skidoo

That came out a lot better than I expected 👍🏻
It went quite well , we were ready for worst than that
@BAK40Recovery love the videos and recoveries. I am not too far away over in 100 mile. Stay safe out there 💪🏼
That’s a bad day for someone! Hope they were okay. Nasty trap.
Good job
I know that skidoo bumper wants to break 😂😂
That towing setup you guys have is awesome.
Thank you !
You guys have a pretty cool job. Good work men.
Great video. Space your videos out so you can have a more consistent timing on your uploads. UA-cam likes that better. You’ll also be able to have some saved up content for when the season starts tapering off.
Yankum ropes makes a simple snatchblock that is shaped like a donut that is designed for synthetic line so it is made out of aluminum keeping light weight Would have worked great for that job by not only doubling the pulling power. But also there would be less roped spooled on the drum so with the smaller diameter there is more pulling power. Obviously just use one of the extra sleds as the second anchor needed for the snatch block setup. Whatever you wrapped around the track looked like it worked great. Yankum also makes an extra long soft shackle that would work the same and make connecting their donut pulley super easy.
All of that white stuff on the ground makes a Masqueto repellent , not a dam one in sight , awesome job guys , I'm still admiring your 228 doo
Love the content
I would love to see a walk through of all the mods on your recovery sled!
Watch the vid we just put up
That went way easier than I thought it would.
So, wonder how a super wide with either a NA 900 or Turbo 900 would work for general recovery? A SWT would put more square inches of track on the snow than the 228 (assuming is a 15” wide). Super technical terrain, that Summit will be easier to sidehill, but the grunt of a 4s SWT would be hard to beat in most general recoveries. Rig up a cradle off the back of the skid frame? IDK, just thinking out loud.
If it ain’t broke, ain’t fix it eh.
In the works
$1500 might be a good chunk of change to get it out but like they said the helicopters $3,000 an hour and if it takes longer $$$ pluse they wouldn't drain water out of your cylinder so it doesn't crack when it freezes. I've dragged a few slides out in my day. We just use a sleigh, but I've never had the winch one out of a water hole like that definitely sucked for the rider.
Ditch the load music.
