Contra: Shattered Soldier - All clear!

Finally beat the Contra that puts an end to the story started in the original.
Managed to get the C-B rank ending and the 6th stage B rank ending beforehand so that's why i have 5 lives per continue and 4 continues.
I also had to use 2 continues to 'retry' on the 5th and 6th stage to more confidently get the A ranks to get the true ending.
