It's from Pakistan

Never thought the ball would end up so good considering the manual process. Hats off to the people doing it. Dangerous
Respect your opinion dear.
Thanks a lot for your comment.
How's it dangerous
You can loose hands
@@timeimmemorial247 Yup, that definitely qualifies as dangerous in my book. I can imagine if one of the workers actually suffered a serious physical injury, though, a co worker would just open a can of fresh tennis balls under his nose and say "Now get back to work!"
It starts out looking like a giant chapati.
To whoever owns this factory: Please install some more safety for your amazing workers🙏🙏🙏
Thanks a lot dear for your comment.
Your point is well noted.
@@BlackSmith222 you must have forgotten about all of the teachings about worker injury and death in manufacturing during the industrial revolution. Don't act like standards in manufacturing are bad. Maybe you value profits over lives though.
We all know how a tennis ball smells when you first open the container I could only imagine how dangerous it is to inhale whatever fumes or chemicals it takes to make these balls it would be nice to see these workers wear a mask or some sort of protection other than that they look like they’re amazing workers I wish them the absolute best.
Wow, you just saved third world working conditions by a UA-cam comment! Donkey.
There should be a Button to STOP the cylinder right next to the security bar to avoid accidents...
No mask, no protective gear, the joy of making tennis ball amd acing your funeral for the next year brings tears of admiration to my eyes... Bravo!!!
Just shows that mankind can survive without thousands of people who invent health and safety rules
You think everyone is as weak as Americans??
I was thinking the same thing. Just imagine all that powder on his hands is probably the same amount he's breathing in
An average indian could beat the shit out of 20 average weak Americans

Actually the dust on his hands n the smooth steel rollers don't grip. But the rubber grips the rollers good so it gets sucked in.
you guessed right 'cause they don't. :-) the ones which are made under the brand of Wilson, Penn, Babolat, etc. are made using modern machines in big factories since they need to get verified by ATP or ITF

God bless these hard working skilled labours. We should buy from these native companies instead of cheap Chinese knock offs.

Why would you respect the hard work of these workers but not the hard work of Chinese workers? Do they not deserve the same respect as working class people?
Man I hallucinated a liveleak logo at the side. So many things that are bound to go wrong. I am actually impressed if no one has ever gotten injured here especially when even places with super high safety standards ect has things go wrong from time to time. Still pretty neat and I respect people who do whatever they can to earn an honest buck keep up the good work.

That is hard work. Total respect. Makes me want to go buy some tennis balls👍👍
I work in dunlop before and the process was similar i was amazed to this people workmanship but the deference is dunlop has more SOP safety and machinery for massive production and quality control, i hope that next video people have PPE for safety, good job :)

I saw the whole process in making tennis balls in Dunlop Slazenger Bataan
It's a foreign country, PPE don't mean shit

Pay these people the money they deserve
That’s real hard work
But an assembly line can knock out these out 500k a day and sell them 3/$2, so what they produce is of little value. Do I deserve a lot of money for running around in a circle all day really hard?

My family owns also this kind of business and we also produce tennis balls but there's really a huge difference on how they make it. Amazing what these guys do, so much respect. Asking myself if this is a consistent process, but then also debating that both players are hitting the same ball.
I was thinking the same, because tennis balls have to be a certain diameter and mass in professional tennis tournaments.
People nowadays take for granted items as some sort of something mundane, but the craftsmanship and hardwork these people do are amazing. Its sad that the West has the audacity of add tags on these finished items the reads "made in Europe" or "made in the USA"

I always wondered what went into manufacturing a tennis ball.
Looks very professional and well-regulated.
No chance of injury or chemical poisoning, respiratory problems or contamination here to clearly see.
Feeding in materials in to multi-ton presses laying on the floor with exposed belts and pulleys and gears with your hands should be standard procedure.
Cutting edge operation. On par with that bio-lab in California.
Very nice but it is very unfortunate that frontline workers are exposed to variety of physical and health hazards.

Hard work never fails.
