As a left leg user man I suggest u focus on ur follow through try swiping ur leg across the right leg then make sure u hit the center there's 96% ull get a knuckleball

Yeh knuckles are mostly dead balls with no spin unless you are doing a topspin one that dips. I didn’t really see knuckles in this video

Sorry gonna have to disagree, I’m not sure if more than 1 or 2 shots ACTUALLY were knuckleballs- the idea is that the ball doesn’t spin, the only exception is when the ball has top spin, some decent shots however but definitely not what I would consider any to be a successful knuckleball

The ball is still spinning far too much to be a knuckleball. The technique is still good but it’s not a knuckle. I’m not hating just saying

They aint knuckleballs brudda, just backspin, but some of the balls you hit where knuckleballs, just not in the goal.
