You're not actually supposed to take it off with the cloth, you take the cloth off after it's done and just use it like a normal peel. But awesome review, thanks.!
+iRaskulz -- That would work, but rather than taking off and putting back on the cloth from this rather thick peel, I'd just spend a few more bucks and get a nice, thin second peel; ideally a metal one.

I got one for Christmas too~~ and it so funny, but I totally had the same experience as "mrrinson1" wow.. and I should have practiced also, somehow I think it was to loose and I tried to manually move the cloth from the bottom when I went to put the pizza back on after cooked! I am in a wheelchair so hard to manuever. I found this awesome for moving pizza from pastry mat to Emile Henry stone in the oven! Then I use the traditional peel I own to pick it up the oven, just easier for me..THANKS!

Non tutti abbiamo la capacità di fare la pizza a mano. Ho provato ad imparare la tecnica ma mi sfugge! La pizza esce comunque abbastanza buona e questo è tutto quello che mi interessa!

did you put anything on the cover? If so how much of what? Flour/cornmeal? thanks.
