Hello dear sir, first thank you for your informative video, then I wanted to ask about choosing the date we first obtained minimum education in EE profile. I heard somewhere that if we want to get masters' point we should write the date we got our masters but I checked my EE profile and it says "the date you first obtained the minimum education in the noc description Note: if the noc only states high school, this is the date you graduated" therefore I had selected my bachelor's date as the date I started my job as 4021 college instructor. I hope you help me in this regard.

Hey, I am doing job of ISO audits in a private insurance company from December 2018 but done my formal international certification in October 2019. Now, I want to state my experience for 3 years in my EE profile but if I mention the date of certification in work history section of EE profile it might create a difference in both stated dates. What should I do in this case? And I m an IRCA / CQI lead auditor, can this certification benefit me in EE application?
I also want to add that I have two major JD's here in my company: 1. AML / CFT insurance compliance with no code 1111 2. Lead auditor with noc code 1122 I have been doing both of them simultaneously, should I spit my experience 1 year for AML Compliance & 2 years for Lead auditor? Or I simply state the date of training same to the date of joining of my job?

Cousin in alberta gains you no points, but you can show it in your ee profile I guess. At 38, you should look for a study permit option too, as 4021 hasn't been selected by sinp in 1.5 years ...

If your duties match 0621, you can keep it.
And, you can also mention your actual job title, that is verifiable.
