I like your kitchen. It’s looks very comfortable to cook in it. The food looks delicious! You are an amazing 👩🍳 cook, and I enjoyed your video! I also have learned so much about African village’s culture. It’s simple and amazing!
Southern recipe works for me when it comes to livers. Salt, dash of garlic very little, Buttermilk, breaded with bread crumbs very good and even, oil covering the pan, pan fry until brown and set for 2 min and light coat with french dressing. And saute onions very well of course. The absolute BOMB! Lol
Liver is one of my favorite. I'll cook the calf or beef with onions. I usually eat it with grits I have some in my freezer and will try cooking it your way😋
It looks great but it's very different in India little complicated here 😅😅 here we add so many spices taste awesome .but urs is so simple and looks delicious ❤️ from India
I do something a little similar to how you cook it I just do liver and onions and make a gravy a brown gravy and place it on rice. But I am going to have to try this way. I also cut up the liver like that and fry it.
Your cooking of the liver is similar to ours in the Western world and more so in the Caribbean islands. It's a bit different here in America, because in the regular grocery stores, the liver is fillet, which means that they are thinly sliced, therefore, we slightly saute/pan fried, but the end result is the same with the vegetables
I do enjoy watching you cook, but the best part for me is your enthusiasm in the tasting/eating 🤣🤣🤣. Your plate is almost as ample as your attitude 👏👏👏
Hey Eunice, nice eating. It's looking yummy. Btw. I have learned how to eat with fingers while my visit in Uganda. But sometimes I needed knives and forkes. When my girlfriend and me have been at the markets, we couldn't find any knifes. Knifes for eating, not for cutting bread. We saw a lot of shops who sell dishes and forks and spoons, but nowhere were knifes. Why does Uganda have no knifes?

Liver Liver, I eat my liver practically raw. Hit with a little heat salt, garlic powder that is it. I would then plate it over some baby spinach leaves.
