Nice and good looking recipe, looks easy and very tasty! 🤤 However, I found myself with some missing steps once I started to do it:
1. Yeast gets activated with warm-hot milk. Otherwise, it will take a lot of time to grow. In my case, the dough needed the entire night.
2. The dough gets sticked to your hand when you start to mix it. How do you recommend to knead it so it gets nice and smoth without lumps?
3. Can be covered with butter instead of egg to get this golden colour? I just want to reduce the amount of eggs used in the recipe.
