Suspense and surprises lurk around the corner in one of the most daring Italian shockers of the 1970s. 🎬Here is a viewer review ""Spasmo" was directed by Umberto Lenzi and his work has been inconsistent, but he does score on the high end, especially with "Spasmo" that he probably deservedly stands to be a "maestro."
I agree but the same time he made some really good films.. two of them being Seven bloodstained orchids and the zombie classic Nightmare City.
Just found the marvelous Morricone music. Had to check it out. I'll watch later.

It's a giallo, they're not supposed to logical they can be dream-like too.
Wow. Did not see that ending coming at all! The Morricone soundtrack is freaking superb. This is a different kind of Giallo. Not any gore. Suzy Kendall and Robert Hoffman were excellent and very easy on the eyes! This is probably Lenzi's best film. Have to get this soundtrack!! Ciao amici!
Worth sticking with. Nothing makes sense till the end.
The title is Spasmo, not Spasm.
