You should try the hoppers with senisambol ( caramelized onion sambol) or lunu miris ( pounded raw onion and chilli sambol ) Sir Lanka has the most spiciest food ( spicy meaning chili heat) all other countries you mentioned use a lot of different spices but no heat. They use a lot mustard oil in their dishes. Sri Lankan cuisine is generally hot dishes made with coconut oil and not over powering in oil.

You don't completely close the eyes when doing walking meditation. You keep eyes focused down to earth just couple of feet in front ur feet and focus the mind on lifting and landing of your feet left and right. This helps focus your mind only on the walking. As this helps understand how soon things comes into being and distroys in this case the form of your body. Which helps to understand the impermanence of everything

Mate ,where did you get that information that Buddha was born in India? There's a lot of confrontations between Nepal and India regarding the birthplace of Lord Buddha. You can Google it too. I know that you have tons of subscribers from Nepal but just with that bias statement of the birthplace, we Nepalese takes it very seriously, are making us dissapointed too. Hope you'll realise how serious this is for the Nepalese people. Cheers anyway mate.
