It's ok, you will get much more than MacBook or iPad if you try hard!
If you feel like that often it's best to distance yourself from this type of content. I strongly recommend deleting instagram if it doesn't do anything for you. Social interaction is also possible on whatsapp. Inspo pics are also easy to find on pinterest. But it doesn't matter in the end if you don't control yourself. Deleting apps just help with that.

정확하진 않지만 종종 그런 말을 들은 것 같아서요ㅠ 전 걱정이 많아서 딱딱한 하드케이스인걸 사용 중이에요! 그래도 많은 분들이 사용하시는 케이스 종류가 실리콘인데 소수의 사람들만 그런걸 보면 애초에 기계가 문제 아닐까,,하는 생각도 들어요😅!
