My best memory has to be getting caught in a huge storm with my best friend. It was a mile back to the cars, and we were on the last hole of the longest course in the area. There was nothing we could’ve done to get out of the rain, so we chose to stop caring and just enjoy the moment. Finishing the round and walking/running back to the parking lot was such a pure, innocent moment in the middle of a very difficult year. My dad was diagnosed with cancer late last year, and had just underwent his second brain surgery a few weeks previous to this round. (He’s doing great now.) Times like that are why I’ll forever be thankful for disc golf. While It may not be the answer to all of life’s problems, it’s not a bad way to decompress and take your mind off things. Love your cinemas, Brod. Keep it up
Best day this year was by far when my daughter took self interest in disc golf and started asking to go throw 9 holes, we've made a lot of fun games to practice up shots and putting with and for a 7yr old she's throwing over 100' forehand and backhand lol. It went from a thing I enjoyed to much more valuable memories now and traveling all over my state with her to courses. (she even gets a kick out of me hitting trees) 😂
My best memory of the year would have to be Christmas Day actually! A good friend of mine doesn't have much family anymore in the area and was looking at a day solo at home. We played two snowy rounds at our favorite local course and both found discs signed "Merry Christmas, from Bellamy Disc Santa". I got my first Cloudbreaker and he got a Shryke out of it. Wonderful day.

Going 18 down (playing cali) at dubs the last week of the year was pretty damn cool. 3 aces were fun.. But for me, finally winning league, and doing it while on a card with the top 2 guys who win every week and taking it down on the last hole with a solid drive and a pressure putt from about 25. That’s the best disc golf moment of 2024 for me. Also, yeah Brod I was noticing you been chinging them putts lately. Like to see it.
My favorite memory of the year was playing two rounds of disc golf with my son (red course + gold course) out at Kayak Point. We took our time and dialed in shots and caught up on life. Epic day. That P2X would be sweet.
Good name there, Jason. I live across the sound near Bremerton. Lots of great courses around here. The Kayak Point thing caught my eye. I wanna go to that “Gotta Throw” tournament stop at KP (in May I think). Switched to P2x for my putting putters.
Favorite DG memory from this year was just getting back into disc golf. I started back in about ‘08 and played as much as I could up until a shoulder injury a few years ago. I had been avoiding it until it healed and I finally hit the course again at the end of spring.
I really just got into disc golf this year. I started playing and really enjoyed it as a getaway from the shitty parts of my life. I really enjoyed it. Once I started consistently hitting 300 feet with a fairway driver (Skywalker 2, I love Discmania), I joined a local league. Played decent, but nothing crazy. Then I joined a tournament. This was my best memory. I just jumped in at MA3, and placed second. But my favorite part was when I was able to give two MA4 players a couple buzzz’s and some p2s for putters. They both came in brand new with just one disc. One had a dx thunderbird, and the other a halo firebird. They felt so alone and left out, and couldn’t figure out why their putts dove left every time they threw. So me and a couple buddies explained to em some basic disc golf stuff, like flight numbers and things, and teamed up to give them a good bag of beginner discs each. They started playing really well the next few league nights, and really enjoyed the new discs. I love helping people when I am way more fortunate than I know what to do with. I’ll take a frisbee club stamped white p2x.
My best memory of the year came from Harmony Bends. There’s a hole that’s like 150ft straight up hill, there’s a staircase and a ramp for carts. I blow the shot, hit a tree and roll back down the hill. Then my wife steps up and throws into the ramp, somehow it slides all the way up and is parked for the birdie. Seeing how elated she was after that is easily the best memory I have, better than my first ace even.
lol I know the exact hole you’re talking about and that’s incredible. I hit the top of those stairs once and it luckily slid over. Must’ve been so cool to see it Tony hawk grind all the way there
Played in my first tournament this December. Hit a chain out on my first tee shot and everyone got hyped up. That moment sealed the deal, I am now a disc golfer for life.
My favorite disc golf memory was when I was in Virginia for three months for work. I hadn't played Disc golf since 2011 or 2012, and all I had to do was work, work out, and eat in Virginia. I got bored with the endless stream of UA-cam and found disc golf channels, which fired up my passion for the sport again! I ended up playing non-stop while there and even played New London just before Worlds! (I scored 24 over), but that was an awesome experience that I will cherish!
Good round. My favorite cinema this year was a few days I to the MVP month when you and Clint ( beefy stand still friend) threw an epic round. Great energy.
My favorite memory was from a tournament. It was me, a dad and his son, and one other guy, and after one of the shots, the dad went to high five his son, and he smacked him in the balls. It was so hilarious and it helped brighten the mode on my shity round.

On my wedding day I went disc golfing with my boys one last time. Parked hole 18 at timmons to end the round. Moved to Guam after I got married and hadn’t played disc golf in over 6 months. ( they don’t have courses here) then for Christmas my wife surprised me and had somebody who owned some baskets set up 3 in a soccer field for us. Great memories this year!
My best memory of the year was winning MA2 at Falcon’s Flight, a big A Tier in western Canada. It came down to hole #18 final round and I stuck the island green with my favourite champ Firebird to take down the tournament. Love the content Brod, cheers.

i love giving discs to new players or people that ask me about something i keep a few around of. so thats probably my favorite experience from this past year but ive given a bunch out. no specific one in particular sticks out, i just love the "oh really? youre giving me this??" surprise reaction just as much as the last. or im also a big fan of giving one to my closer friends and i say "dont suck with this one" hahaha but my favorite one has yet to happen since my cart didnt come in the mail yet. but once that does and i transfer my stuff over, my current bag(dd ranger still in pretty good shape) im going to find someone(hopefully a youngster growing their bag and game) that has a beat up or smaller overflowing bag and i can give them the ranger to use. love that bag and id rather someone else love it than it take a back seat and barely get used when i play non cart friendly courses. at that point ill just use my smaller bag i use for glow

My best disc golf memory this year was watching Gannon Buhr dominate everyone and their mom's mommas in portland at the pdxo 24, treated the fans right, got the rookie of the year prodigy signature signed and my spore, dude was a str8 up dialed in warlord.
Got a sweet tournament ace (~270ft) with sexton Firebird thrown on a clean pushing hyzer, dunked right in - card mates got stoked, kept the vibes high and made up for a otherwise mediocre tournament (competing ma2) It was my 4th official ace and only one while competing 🤙

Best part of this year was shooting a 1014 rated final round at a B-Tier to get the come-from-behind victory. The guy I battled with has now become a great friend and I ended up playing a lot more rounds with him. Been chasing that magic ever since!
My best memory this year was hitting my first ace. I walked up to the tee and said “man I love this course, definitely my favorite track out here” then put my zone dead center chains. Went out the following weekend to the same course and aced another hole with the same zone. Keep up the phenomenal cinemas 🤘 also I would absolutely love a pair of frisbee club p2xs 😂
Played Pier Park here in Portland earlier this summer. Hole 3 down the gully if any are familiar. 2nd shot send one into the hillside, looking down a NARROW group of trees, I send a Warship down way for a Par throw in probably 100+ feet

My best memory of the year was my personal best round of -11 at my local course. The week before I had shot a -6 and then a +2 a few days later and had no idea what i was going to shoot that day. I absolutely surprised myself and felt like I finally made progress in disc golf after playing for about 2.5 years. I wish I could get that GB Cloudbreaker

Best disc golf memory of the year for me was the Trash Panda holiday used disc swap! My first time doing it, their 5th year. I sent someone two used premium plastic discs (you have to send at least one) and then someone else sent me FOUR awesome discs, including my first Zone which I’ve been wanting to try out! Pretty cool thing that Trash Panda does, over 8,000 people signed up this year!
Best memory was winning my first tournament @ the VT State Finale at my favorite venue: Smugglers Notch Disc Golf & Outdoor center. Fox Run Meadows has to be my favorite course in the world!
My favorite memory from this year is actually my most cherished memory ever in disc golf. One of my close friends built his own course on his property that is amazing and me, him, my bestfriend from 20 years (also the guy that got me into this great sport), and my amazing wife went to play. Stepped up on the tee of hole 2 with a c line dd3 I had just gotten the day before and had never thrown one and forehanded it all air 245 feet over on till circle one dead into the chains for my most memorable ace. This moment is so cherished by me because it was the first ace on his course as well as the first ace my bestfriend of 20 years and my wife had been there for and got to watch. #geowthesport #familyanddiscgolf
Buddy hit an ace at a fundraising doubles event on the CTP hole. Craziest part was it was the 2nd ace on the card, the other team on the card ended up acing a hole earlier in the round. When he hit it the card ahead of us, who saw both aces, flipped their shit and handed him a beer to shotgun. Buddy ended up getting 2 4 packs of a local breweries disc golf related brew, $26 cash (there were like 4 aces at the tournament), and some other random stuff like an old prior year stamped disc. Passed a rack off to me for being his doubles partner, and we went out and drank a beer and played a few more holes to enjoy the day. Ended up raising like 6k for the event to help support a local senior living center.

Favorite disc golf memory of the year has to be playing a round with the wifey (certified DGB) while on vacation in Florida, and she almost ching’d up the ace while 6 months pregnant. Had a great time in FL, stopped in Asheville NC on the way back home, played Richmond Hill and got to stop at Another Round. Fast forward 9 months later, our lil guy is here and consistently watching frisbee club frolf cinemas. Happy to add a new club member to the team 🫡

My best memory of the year was my personal best round of -11 at my local course. The week before I had shot a -6 and then a +2 a few days later and had no idea what i was going to shoot that day. I absolutely surprised myself and felt like I finally made progress in disc golf after playing for about 2.5 years.

Favorite disc golf memory of the year is making a pvc rake after throwing into a pond way too many times. It’s been awesome making other peoples day with texting them I found their disc.
Best disc golf memory of the year for me was the Trash Panda holiday used disc swap! My first time doing it, their 5th year. I sent someone two used premium plastic discs (you have to send at least one) and then someone else sent me FOUR awesome discs, including my first Zone which I’ve been wanting to try out! Pretty cool thing that Trash Panda does, over 8,000 people signed up this year!
Acing hole 9 on my local course, and outta nowhere all I hear is "got em". Freaking fanatic finish to the ace run.

My favorite memory from this year is actually my most cherished memory ever in disc golf. One of my close friends built his own course on his property that is amazing and me, him, my bestfriend from 20 years (also the guy that got me into this great sport), and my amazing wife went to play. Stepped up on the tee of hole 2 with a c line dd3 I had just gotten the day before and had never thrown one and forehanded it all air 245 feet over on till circle one dead into the chains for my most memorable ace. This moment is so cherished by me because it was the first ace on his course as well as the first ace my bestfriend of 20 years and my wife had been there for and got to watch. #geowthesport #familyanddiscgolf

Buddy hit an ace at a fundraising doubles event on the CTP hole. Craziest part was it was the 2nd ace on the card, the other team on the card ended up acing a hole earlier in the round. When he hit it the card ahead of us, who saw both aces, flipped their shit and handed him a beer to shotgun. Buddy ended up getting 2 4 packs of a local breweries disc golf related brew, $26 cash (there were like 4 aces at the tournament), and some other random stuff like an old prior year stamped disc. Passed a rack off to me for being his doubles partner, and we went out and drank a beer and played a few more holes to enjoy the day. Ended up raising like 6k for the event to help support a local senior living center.
My best memory of the year is playing my first tournament, i was nervous and met so many kind people. It was a very good day and i am excited to play more.
Favorite disc golf memory of the year has to be playing a round with the wifey (certified DGB) while on vacation in Florida, and she almost ching’d up the ace while 6 months pregnant. Had a great time in FL, stopped in Asheville NC on the way back home, played Richmond Hill and got to stop at Another Round. Fast forward 9 months later, our lil guy is here and consistently watching frisbee club frolf cinemas. Happy to add a new club member to the team 🫡
My best memory this year was scoring -9 on 9 holes with one par and one ace. -10 would have been nice but I'll take a perfect score when any way I can get em.

Getting to travel to Michigan and play DGLO was mental. Best run tournament I've ever played especially at that scale.

Favorite memory is getting my first, second and third ace all within 3 months of each other at the beginning of the year! all in rounds. One was a blind 207 foot turnover that was just tooooo clean.

My favorite memory was playing in my last tournament I parked a hole, I then stepped off the tee pad and as the next guy was about ready to throw I slipped on a wet mossy root and both feet came out from under me and I ate it. The guys on my card had no clue what happened but we all were laughing so hard
