+amy homsi they should be fine over winter outside in the U.K., they are pretty hardy. If you're not sure, tuck them into a sheltered spot. Expect some die back over winter, but so long as they don't dry out they'll bounce back in the spring and carry on growing. Hope this helps!
Hiya, Im just sowing the seeds now, should I put them in the garden somehere dark and cool, baring in mind I live in a hot country at the moment its around 30c ... thank you!
+Maria Wilson hiya Maria, the seeds need light to germinate but too much heat might make the seedlings wilt so if you have a light but cool area that would be best for them. Good luck and please let me know how you get on!
Thank you, I will take a chance now and if they don't work go back to my winter sowing, which I find very successful! I will follow-up on their success or failure, Just thought I would ask, have you ever taken cuttings of Gaura or Perovskia? Gaura is quite fascinating. Thank you keep up the good work! M
+Stephanie Chang loads germinated, by the time I thinned them out I had about 20 in little pots - some I gave away, kept some and some I did a bit of guerilla gardening with in places I thought could do with some beautification. Thanks for asking Stephanie!

Do you know how long the seeds last before they go bad/ expire/ don't germinate anymore/ etc.?
+Amber Jiang Hiya Amber. If they are stored in dry, cool conditions, they should still be viable upto a year later. Hope this helps.
+Petals on the Paving Slabs Thx! :D
