I don't really understand the people who do this kinda videos. Mate we can't follow what are you doing so there is no point. you could just put the final result.!
This kind of videos is to show a method. I suggest you to slow it down to 0.25 using UA-cam video settings
slow it down to 0.5 or .25
it worked for me
i dont say you will catch every step
but at least you will learn new technique and see how others think and work

Freshers could not able to follow if u don't mention shortcut keys used.. as you told speed doesn't matter, can be able to adjust in youtube, However shortcut functions make much more complicated.
