It would be good to have a video showing removing the end cap from the hose section of the pump. I have a gen1 and have had water ingress into the area where the hose is stored and it ended up making it very difficult to slide the hose back into the storage space. I undid the threaded ring, as in this video, and then unthreaded the plastic cap on the bottom of the hose section and I was able to clean, dry and lub it and once all reassembled it was like new again.
Any chance you’ll sell these new caps for existing owners? Great update. It’s been my only gripe with the existing pump, but not gonna shell out another $75 just for this.
The hose of my Gravelero barly moves anymore.... you can of course slide it out, but getting it back in is a nightmare. I have the old version, which saw like 2-3 wet rides. Can I replace it with the new version under warranty?

@@SILCAVelo Sorry, I was completely off base here, you haven't changed the bracket design. I found mine, I was looking at a different brand's bracket originally.
I wouldn't see why not. All you're trying to do is lubricate the gasket and something like Slickoleum works great for reducing friction on fragile rubber seals. It may not last as long as their specific product since it helps condition the leather on top of lubricating the system, but I wouldn't see why it'd work just as well.
I love the chuck with the flip lever (better than thread on chucks) but it’s slightly bigger than I would prefer to carry for gravel racing. Lezyne’s Pocket Drive Pro is a better size to throw in a jersey pocket. A bit cheaper too

When I got mine I knew the cap would be trouble but the rest of the pump was/is such good quality did not return.

Why doesn’t this pump use the textured handle like the Tattico? What happened to the Bluetooth option?
I have heard that they removed the texture bc it was holding dirt/mud during gravel rides and that was why they made this Gravel pump smooth.
