I wish they had someone who can proof read the English dialogue. Not the actors' fault at all. Su Min did a great job speaking English nonetheless. Sadly this scene is not exaggerated. This type of human low life does exist in the corporate world and gets promoted. Seok Ryu reaction is very satisfying! Stand up for yourself and stay strong. No one can take away your value but yourself. You can do it! I wonder who would play the cheating ex-fiance. One of my guesses is Shin Seung Ho who starred in the same drama series with the main leads in Alchemy of Souls and D.P. He plays the perfect jerk. The other actor is Lee Sang Yi who was in Hometown Cha Cha Cha, directed by the same director. Either one would make a great cameo!
Her English was demonstrably better than his. I think the main problem here in the episode was the dialogue itself. They needed someone who was a fluent, natural English speaker to go over it and polish it a bit.
