@@WxM3008WxMyeeah mate I was also living in Northern Europe before coming here, it’s a massive lifestyle upgrade ay medical is pretty overwhelmed but not as bad as the NHS and standards are high, not sure about schools how old are the kids?
@@LisbonLadd at the moment primary school. We could home school I suppose but if we relocate would want the kids (and ourselves) to try and learn Portuguese. International schools with English can be super pricey in Europe. Glad to hear medical care is better than NHS. In the UK you often don't get seen by doctors on the day, and hospital emergency room wait can be 8hours +
@@LisbonLadd Yes, here there is amazing spots for surfing and a of surf schools in reason of good waves. When I have to go to Lisbon, sometimes i go with my car until the train station and avoid thre car bridge.
Portugal is a joke. Is a good country if you came from Ethiopia or you are an oligarchs. Unless you are doomed.I’m Eu citizen I was offered 1000€ net pay for a call center in Porto. I risked to end up homeless or food bank unless you do not have a second and even a third income. Tourist +Landlord ruled in the country. Government just muppets. 🏃♂️ Run folks
I have heard the same thing. The locals are screaming about rents being unaffordable for them. Algarve is slammed full and super expensive for everything and nobody really wants to live in the village. They used to have a tax break for foreigners (gone now), the visa is easy to get if you can prove a minimum income which would not be enough to even rent a place, and foreigners are leaving Portugal by the 1000s. Most seem to be heading to Spain.
Mate enjoy portugal but stay safe, dont eat to many natas, greetings from portuguese in UK🇬🇧🇵🇹💪🙏
ahahah thanks bro but its too late for that 😂
Damn dude, you're absolutely gorgeous! :) Hello from Aveiro ✌

Carcavelos for 1 year but Portugal for 3 years
@@LisbonLadd thinking of relocating with family from UK. It's pretty awful here. Only concerns I have are medical and schooling. Any thoughts
