I watched these shows when I was younger. I was only 7 when they started. I was older when I started watching. I was around 4 when we got out 1st TV. A lot of the first shows I hadn't seen. Love Bonanza . I love the antics that Little Joe & Hoss get into. The laugh of Little Joe & the funny looks all 3 guys give. ,💕💖💗💝💚💙💛💜💓
We Baby Boomers, of all Nationalities Truly Appreciate Relaxing back to bases believable Storylines, Professional Acting, Great Scripts, Amazing Directors & Outstanding Staging Images for All Watchers to Allow Our Imaginations to Flow as we Were youthful Again! well, I thought I'd never say it but heres one that all that sappy melodramatic screenplay writing actually really worked ! this one did kick up a coupla waves of nausia but the squals passed and we had clear saling into the soapy seas of sighs as Ben begins his career of havin every woman he marries die on him
20 years of men who never married. Wonder why the writer's didn't marry the boys off and gave them kids? As it went they would share their fathers dream and money with anyone. Took it to their grave's they did rich but lonely.
another predictable episode, every time a woman falls in love with a cartwright, they die. In at least 12 shows now that I seen. Pathetically weak writing skills.

Lorne Greene looks younger in this episode, like the times he was on the CBC.
Geraldine Brooks and Torin Thatcher were really up for their roles as Elizabeth and Capt. Abel
geraldine brooks was what i call "magic in any sense of the word". a dreamwoman.
i like the show a lot thank you for supportive in the cast lol
That guy that was forcing Ben to be captain of his slave ship looks like General Burkhalter from Hogan’s heroes Leon Askin

The Cartwright curse strikes again, this whole family couldn't keep a woman if their life depended on it!
It's interesting. She plays Adams mother in this episode and later in the series she plays a woman that tries to con Hoss.
Elizabeth's red gown is beautiful
See why Adam was the most intelligent, because Elizabeth was intelligent.
As taught in the dojo. When fighting, know your limitations.
Beat the living shit out of the slave ship master and do not give him a red penny.
Elizabeth refused to rest when Ben insisted.
Bonzana is my favorite show I love ii
Interesting to see Ted Knight in this episode.
This was an interesting episode but it never mentioned once what was wrong with Adam just that he was sick what sickness?
It's only a story
Fever.

Elizabeths fue el gran amor del sr Ben y de esa relación nació el guapo de Adam 💘
Forsake all in marriage.
Ben married wrong
