I think this method is wrong. Bcz while you brushing in the scope... Scope should must be in dip in the water.

Thank you for your feedback. Brushing should be done before immersing the endoscope in the cleaning solution. However, as you rightly pointed out, it is advisable to brush the channels during both the external and internal washing (brushing) of the endoscope, typically in a sink. Our video is merely a recreation of the flexible endoscope reprocessing process for educational purposes and does not accurately depict every step in a real-world environment.
