This place is so pretty, I love the fabulous turquoise colour of the sea, incredibly beautiful! Have you heard of the book and old British film series called "Who Pays The Ferryman?" and another one called "Lotus Eaters" ? These stories take place in Elounda and the films were set there. In this video around 21:00 we can see the taverna called "Ferryman", I'm sure that even today it's a very popular place and they still remember the books and the films. I would love to visit that area!
