this child is adorable
Alexis Inniss couldn't agree more!
Alexis Inniss Ikr she's so cute
As someone who is pregnant and uses a wheelchair, I'm very grateful for this type of reporting. I've had comments on my youtube channel (that I've removed) about the harm I'm doing my unborn baby because I'm pregnant and I use a wheelchair. It's important for all people to pursue happiness, obstacles and all :-)
Getting There you have a husband, a life partner to help you raise your child, she's using an aide to help hers. Big difference.
Getting There wish you all the best with the baby I'm sure your beautiful baby will be so happy you made the decision to have him or her and your child will know nothing or care nothing about your wheel chair because we are not born to be judgemental so don't let others bring you down with hateful comments. 😘
I have a 19 year old that i raised by myself. I have spina bifida and use a wheelchair. I so wish i had a video camera back then to record how i did things with my son like pushing a stroller and bathing. If this is your first child and you have questions I have lots of experience and stories and tips! :-) Raising a baby from a wheelchair in my experience is not as difficult as you may think and kids are quick to adapt!
Glad you deleted the negative comments! You got this Momma! So happy for you :)
Getting There I'm going to check out your channel.
I like how she takes the fact that her daughter thinks the nanny is her mom so well that would be hard on me tbh
Myah Chambers yeah but the kid will realize who her mom is when she's older tho
+Cøcønut Sharks In The Water tøpppp
I feel like that's something you shouldn't take too seriously. It's not a big deal she'll realize when she's older who her mom is.
Myah Chambers same
Myah Chambers she takes it well because it's how she has been growing up. She isn't used to the typical family, it's her normal. It's not hard unless every other living situation is easy.
I think if her brain works properly and able to feed her child and interact and play then she doing what a mother should do the nanny just extra hands to help with bathing and changing and play with the child so there is more love given to the child it's like the child has 2 parents
Exactly :-)
katie spitzer hardly plays with her
Her being capable has nothing to do with having children. Celebrities have children, are fully capable of taking care of them, and have full time nannies that do everything. Yet they have 6... Well I guess you can when you don't have to take care of them.

Great story... May Allah give her a full blissful life full of happiness..may her daughter remain the coolness of her eyes...

Ameen. ❤
God bless that child, look how much happiness she brings in her life.
I wish I could like this video Billions of times!!! I have Steel Syndrome and am also in a wheelchair and raised my son who's not physically disabled all on my own. Yes here and there I've had help, but nothing can replace my love for my son. I'm truly proud of this woman. God bless her and her child. God bless the people who work for her. May His mercies and blessings be overflowing in their lives.
her daughter is so cute and lovely bless her 😊
Why should someone miss out on the greatest gifts in life just because they have a disability? It angers me the way people have the audacity to call her selfish! I have a muscle wasting disease which will leave me in a wheelchair in a few years but I still plan on raising a family! It's easy for people without a disability to judge and throw comments around but put yourself in our shoes, why should I grow up watching my friends have kids but not me?! As long as the child is well looked after that's all that matters.
Yes you're so right. I find it quite selfish for people to think that..
Tasha Davies because think about what you just said.... why would you want to take a chance at putting someone else through what you will deal with???? That's what makes that selfish.
People aren't saying she is selfish because she can't physically take care of her baby, but because her disease is progressive and in a few years unfortunately she will die. Since her family and her ex-boyfriend don't seem to be helping her, who will be the one looking after the child?
Just because she has this disease doesn't mean the baby will get it.
I agree I would have much rather have had this woman as my mother rather than the heavily abusive mother that I grew up with.
your a good mom.your Daughter loves you
she might have a disability, but she is incredibly strong and she has a gorgeous daughter x
What a beautiful child. Inwards and outwards. She is very special.
I love the part with her and her daughter along side each other walking with the leash. She isn't able to walk yet she can still be side by side her daughter and enjoy quality time with her.
This is so cute! The father is worse than a disgrace for leaving this woman, not just because of her disability but in general. The nanny is such a kind and loving woman, beautiful family nonetheless.
all the comments calling her selfish for passing on the gene... she said that BOTH parents must pass on the gene in order for it to affect the child. assuming the father was able-bodied, her child should be fine.
??? What are you saying? You can be able-bodied and still carry the gene that causes this disability. Do you know how this works, or..
But her child will carry the gene so it will be risky for her to get children.
Not at all. A simple blood test for her future husband/boyfriend will determine if she can have kids with him. At least she already knows to test for it. Some people have kids by accident and only realize later that their genes were not compatible.
no way yep
I carry cystic fibrosis. I'm not having a family, but I think it's great to know in case something happened. They've come a long way in medicine. Maybe they'll be able to fix the mother.
for doing everything her self, she sure has a lot of help.
Sherrie Starnes i think it's because she has a very nice home and and can afford to pay for a nanny.
K L
I have a muscle disorder as well and I wish to have all the support she has!I think she is rich she is living in a very beautiful house!Anyway best of luck to her she seems a very strong woman!
Lou Lou is beautiful!
She's just like everyone else!!!
Aww they're so beautiful! The mother and her adorable daughter! Thank God she came out perfectly! 😄
It feels really nice to see this because my mother has been in a wheelchair since I was born. She had MS and it affects her legs really bad so it's extreeeeeeeeeeeeemeley hard for her to walk. But in the beginning of my life she was very very sick until I got to 8th grade. Other people were taking care of me and my mother but as I got older she got better to where she could take of herself and move out. But she was still sick, so she would take care of herself while I was gone and when I came back I had to do things. My mom is pretty independent she does everything by herself now. It just really touches my heart to see another parent who is disabled w a child. Because living with a family like mine can feel pretty lonely and left out sometimes. I'm getting ready to go to college now and everybody is so surprised that I wanna go out of states and after I graduate not come back to care of my mom. I tell them that if she could have a child and take of me for 18 years then she doesn't need my help. And my mother agrees. And I hope that they have as much independence and freedom and I wish them the best journey 💖💖💖💖💖 wish I could hug them lol
popcookie10 It makes me feel really good to know your mother was blessed with, what sounds like, an amazing child. I'm sure there were many times she felt guilty you had to help. I say this, because I have MS and am a mother of an amazing little lady. I stay as independent as possible, but on certain days I do need help. Good luck in college and make your momma proud!!! ☺️
man, that woman is inspiring as heck. she's incredible. and her baby is so adorable 😁
this lady seems pretty chill. 👍
The Beginning Of Knowledge What? Is she supposed to freaking out all through this?
Mariama Diallo Maybe
Mariama Diallo i think she means that the lady is calm and content. Most people complain, and whine and wish their life was better and act like a victim. But this lady is happy and optimistic about her situation and her life at least on camera
Well other people might not have things as EASY! As this lady does.... She has 24 Hr. Care! for herself and her daughter. If someone is complaining so what ... try being in their shoes.
AWWWW HER BABY IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BABY IVE EVER SEEN THIS IS SO CUTE AG
The translation from Spanish is very bad. I think whoever did it didn't understand her accent very well.
uibiguiguyguygyvyvoyuvf its auto generated is why
uibiguiguyguygyvyvoyuvf Same. I was reading the translation and then I realized that she is from my country, Argentina. She dosen't have a good modulation I think, its like her speak between her theets.
Giuliana Cassetta
It's because of her muscle dystrophy. It's affecting the muscles in her face and throat as well as everywhere else in her body.
sweetcanada17 ohhhh, I didn't think about that, sorry.
+Giuliana Cassetta I was talking about the English subtitles. They are not auto-generated.
Omg that little girl I beautiful god bless her
Such a strong woman
MashAllah! Me encanta su historia. She is so brave and she is not selfish. EVERY WOMAN HAS THE RIGHT TO BE A MOTHER and nobody should tell her other wise. This baby girl has an education, good clothing, a roof over her head, food and loved soooo loved. There are many people who have babies and don't care about any aspect of these for their children. I wish many woman were like Valeria!
Loulou gives me life, that child is flipping adorable like life goals tbh
I think she's a wonderful mother and her and her daughter are blessed to have each other. I'm sure her daughter knows that shes mom and that the caregiver of the mom is a caregiver (attendant).
if she is mentally and financially capable than i support it. She seems like a good mother.
she is such a strong woman to raise a child with her disability
Her child is well taken care of, so I'm not sure what all the fuss is about. She is fed, bathed, sheltered, and has the international she needs to thrive. There are children in the world, who have two able-bodied parents that don't take care of their children as much as this women does. It may not be the conventional way, but there are children that have parents that can move their arms and legs, and don't take the time to get oof the couch and love their children
'he's kind of irrelevant' lmao good
Valeria's daughter is so adorable omg!!
this was soo incredibly cute I'm crying
Woww thats Awesome. LouLou is adorable. Good Luck on everything. Congratulations.
Her daughter is so cute omg
Such an inspiring Mom!! MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR BEAUTIFUL CHILD. I WISH. you BOTH NOTHING BUT SUCCESS!!
one of the most Amazing Women
It appears that she may have a slight speech impediment. Some of her words are slurred. Having said that it wasn't all that difficult to follow what she was saying.
Her words are slurred because the muscle dystrophy also effects the muscles in her face and throat that work together to form clear, concise pronunciation. Which sucks because with Spanish and most romance languages, pronunciation can be the difference between two totally different meanings.
Actually Spanish is much less sensitive to little differences in pronunciation than other languages. It's spoken in a lot of countries and there are thousands of very different accents. Her words were a bit slurred, but she was still very easy to understand.
Jenny Gibson no there is no speech problems with this disease. Your vocal cords can get weaker and not talk at all. But this is good for her age. Type 1 SMA can not move or talk at all mostly.
Jenny Gibson She has a Argentina 's accent, its all
Yeah it's just an accent. Just like how there's different accents in english, there's also different accents in Spanish.
This is call the power of love! The daughter might not lucky to have a normal mother to take care of her but she is lucky to have a mother that tries her best to make her daughter happy and never give up on her
This is all possible because she's very well off. It does not look like she's hurting for money.
shes so pretty
she is a beautiful mom and she has such a beautiful child
her child is one of the most beautiful adorable kids i have ever seen 💕
she's still a beautiful mother god bless her for giving life to another person
kind of creepy. "blanca can't do anything unless she asks me. otherwise she pays the price."
Madison Meredith ikr what price? she needs Blanc. not kool at all 2 say that.
Helena Eggleston not cool at all. that baby girl's mom is creepy, selfish and full of her self
Madison Meredith it sets boundaries. There's already self conscious feelings that's she's not physically able to do certain things. Why confuse the situation more by letting blanca make parental decisions. I wouldn't let my nanny decide my child's life ..why is there a dbl standard? She's getting an education and doing what she can, honestly better than most single mom's.
Madison Meredith she is the mother
NaunieRae it should not be a respectful thing for anyone to say that. Its just plain rude and there are other ways to get the point across. and there is not a double standard, your situation is obviously different.
she is an inspiring, strong women!!
Her baby is so cute!
She is a beautiful woman, and so is her little girl.
She has a very beautiful child.
Loulou it beautiful 😍

Such a beautiful mother and a child BRAVO ❤
Lulú es toda una muñeca! Te felicito por las decisiones que has hecho en tu vida. Tienes una preciosa nena, espero que tengas una larga vida y que recibas muchas bendiciones. 💞💐
god bless this lady for her strength
Loulou is so ADORABLE
the only reason Blanca stays there is because she loves that little girl. not for anything else.
I bet Blanca cares for the girl but at the end of the day she's just a nanny doing her job, she stays because she is paid.
Madison Meredith Hater
what a brave woman and her daughter is so cute. wish I had such a positive spirit for life
strong lady.
I love her she is a very good mother I'll see her in heaven 😇

White Apple Institute celebrates Valeria Rodriguez Fontenla for changing the perception of disabled to differently-abled. As a single mother, she manages to succeed in Molecular Biology and seeks a teaching position in Ecology, and won't let a neuromuscular disease cause her to dropout of school, work, or life!
Blessings to her
The baby is beautiful omg
At the end I saw that she had her daughter wearing a backpack with a leash, usually I think this is not needed to a certain extent. Though I think this is the real way they should be used, by parents with mobile disabilities because it makes it easier to go out in public alone with their child. I love your story and how you live a pretty normal life compared to some other families who have it much worse.
Dancegirlkaitlyn my brother has severe ADHD and was diagnosed at the age of 3. My mom uses one of the leash backpack things because he'll run and run but he's 3 and too big to be held. Like you said they should be used at a certain extent not only for mobile disibilities but any other person with a reason.
Dancegirlkaitlyn but ya I'm agreeing with you
Kaitlynjaffe or the leash can be used by any parent whose children are quite rambunctious, have learning disabilities, or have not yet been diagnosed but the parents feel the need to keep them safe. Safety first!
Man. If only we had more people like this in the world.😞
Everyone has their own opinions about wether she should have had a child. Do everyone a favour and keep them to yourself please
umm. no?
Emma Goodwin why should we? Freedom of speech we can say whatever we like... Stay off the internet if you're that sensitive to someone's opinion. Some things need to be said whether it's hurtful or not.
What point would the comments section be if you cannot talk about the reasons wrong with this?
aw so cute ! Godbless her and her family ❤
God blessed her with a beautiful baby my gosh😭😍😍😍
It's wonderful to know that she can have child regardless of her condition. God allow her to
Ok can I just say her daughter is SO freaking adorable
