Does the NU1XA still retain the ability to open the front panel and feature the glass panel allowing a view of the internal mechanism, akin to its predecessor, the NU1X?

At 3:47 you can see that the keybed of the NU1XA and Kawai CA901 is a few cm below the keybed of an acoustic piano (I suppose it is a Kawai K200 to the right). Why is that? I am willing to spend up to 10k€ on a good digital but there is none which is built for my body height of 197cm.

Don't forget the fact that the Kawai stands on wheels, maybe that's the difference you see?

@@dhamma1087 yes but most acoustic pianos stand on wheels. Why don't digitals make up for those 3-5 extra cm? All digitals are toy pianos...

I tried to play on both and for me the nu1xa has a better feeling to it.
So nu1xa has the better touch but because of that they cut out alot of the voices and features the clp-785 has.
You have less voices in general and lose the dual voice feature.
It has the same control console they just didnt include the features.
I guess they do it because otherwise the nu1xa would just be a straight upgrade to the 785 in every way.
