- Our first stop on our Carnival Jubilee cruise is at the Carnival-owned port of Mahogany Bay on Isla Roatan. I forgot how much we love this port!! You absolutely do not need an excursion here! Just walk off the ship and take a nice 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach... where you can gaze at your amazing ship!
The next two ports (Costa Maya and Cozumel) we decided to stay on the ship to enjoy all that Jubilee has to offer. So we decided to take you on a mini food tour.

Love watching to see the adventures you guys take on, but Carnival is a huge no-no in my family. Horrible experience on Carnival Elation last year, short staffed and the ship was filthy, cooler in the room because the mini fridge was shot, wi-fi didn't work, etc... Glad that you all had a wonderful time on this ship, maybe bigger really is better????
I think it may be that newer is better… IMO Carnival doesn’t take great care of their older ships. But the new ones we have been on have been good.
@@EECCTravels That I guess is what I meant saying bigger is better, you phrased it much more eloquently. Still apprehensive regarding Carnival, we're loyal to Royal, at least until I try Virgin.

No, this class of ships does not have a chapel.

I've stopped getting off at cozumel when there's are lot of ships in port two crowded. I've never been to the beach at Rotan, next time I will try it.
Jason you ate a “ coquille st.Jacques” French dish, made with scallops and usually baby shrimp in a creamy sauce and mashed potatoes around, usually very good.

Fyi, on the blue bridge I was get picture with Carnival Breeze background at 2015 ago.
We took the ski lift highly recommend taking it. The view of the ship, water, jungle is amazing took many photos.
I had the Surf and Turf at Rudi's Linda had the crab cake.
The filet is amazing the lobster okay . I was jealous of Linda's crab cake it was huge.
The shrimp appetizer was amazing next time will order 2
Our next adventure will be on Firenze hope to see you on one of these cruises.

Thats a great beach to hang out on. Went there on the 2nd sailing from Galveston after the covid shutdown. Twas a great time.
Great video the sunset & sitting on the deck hopefully a cruise next year going to Europe in the fall this year.

When you're at the restaurants on the beach in Mahogany Bay do you pay with cash, card or does it go on your sign and sail card?

Is there WiFi in the port? Or do you use a certain phone plan?
If you have AT&T you can use your phone in Latin America at no extra cost. But they do have wifi for $5 for the day.

I am looking forward to Roataan I've never been. The huevos rancheros are the BEST!!! Summer landing is a great area! The platinum/diamond party on the excel class are not so good. 😔 Our experience at Rudy's wasn't so good but I'd like to give it a second shot. Great content!!
